How members sign up

Once your public page is activated, prospective members can sign up entirely online. Plan for 3 to 5 minutes on the member's side.

The public page

The member reaches your page via the link you've shared (e.g. app.paak.club/clubs/your-slug). They find:

  • Your logo and club name, in your colors.
  • A description (if set).
  • The list of teams with their age categories.
  • Membership plans with pricing.
  • A "Join" button.
The public page needs no Paak account. It's an open page, viewable by anyone.

The registration form (5 steps)

On clicking "Join", the member reaches the registration form, branded in your colors.

  1. Personal info — name, first name, email, phone (optional), date of birth, gender.
  2. Team choice — teams shown by sport with age categories.
  3. Membership plan — plans configured by your club (Youth, Adult, Family, etc.) with pricing.
  4. Household — for youth, the form offers to attach the membership to an existing family household.
  5. Summary — the member checks info before validating and moving to payment.

Payment and confirmation

If Mollie is connected, the member is redirected to the secure payment page. They pick their payment method (card, SEPA, iDEAL…) and validate. They receive:

  • A confirmation email with membership details.
  • A PDF receipt of the payment, branded with your club's colors.

On your side, the membership appears immediately in the contacts list with status "Active".
