A "club" here can be a 501(c)(3) youth league, a member-owned 501(c)(7), or a coach-owned LLC academy — and the safeguarding regime is SafeSport, not a paper certificate. Here is where Paak fits and where it does not.
US club sport runs through 501(c)(3) youth organizations, 501(c)(7) member clubs, and for-profit academies alike — martial-arts schools and gymnastics gyms are usually businesses. Paak never assumes a legal form and never blocks signup on a registry number: there is no single US register to check against, and that is fine.
The US safeguarding regime is SafeSport abuse-prevention training plus background checks for adults working with minors, flowing from your governing body down to the club. Paak does not pretend that is one national document — you record each coach's training and check with its own expiry date as a qualification, and Paak reminds you before it lapses.
Our payment partner only opens merchant accounts in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, so a US-registered club collects dues its usual way. Paak still holds the due dates, records what you receive, chases renewals and shows you who is late.
Publish your club's own waiver and every registration requires reading and signing it: typed name, timestamp, the exact version signed and its digital fingerprint are all preserved, and the signer gets a copy by email. Paak provides no legal template and makes no promise a court will enforce your text — your counsel or governing body writes it; Paak keeps the proof it was signed.

Accepted payment methods
Our payment partner only opens accounts for organisations registered in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. A club registered here therefore cannot collect its membership fees online through Paak.
Everything else works: per-member due dates, recording payments you receive, renewal reminders, an overview of late payments, accounting and receipts. You collect the money your usual way. Your own Paak subscription is paid by card as normal.
A word from the founder
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby in the youth section at Stade Français — a big multi-sport club in the middle of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs do not have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."

Deliberately not under 12: at that age sport should be about discovery and enjoyment, not ratings — so live tracking is simply not offered on those sessions. From 12 to 18 it exists, and Paak first asks the coach to confirm that ratings are there to encourage, never to rank young players against each other.
