Association, art. 60 ff. CC
Your club is a Swiss-law association, not a business. Paak pricing is built for that — and your invoice shows 8.1% MWST, included in the displayed price.
Club software for amateur sports clubs
Import your members, organize your sessions, keep track of fees — and your members handle the rest from their own portal, no account needed.
Free up to 100 members. No card required. 30 seconds. 14-day free trial on Paak One.
A club officer’s week
Volunteers spend more time on admin than on the pitch. Paak reunites what your spreadsheets and assorted tools pulled apart.
Before Paak
Spreadsheets everywhere
Members in one file, payments in another, licences on paper. Nothing is connected.
Manual chasing on Sunday night
Who has paid? Whose licence is current? You spend your evenings checking line by line.
Volunteers stretched thin
Your officers spend more time on admin than on sport. Burnout, resignations, a fragile club.
With Paak
Fees come in without you chasing anyone
Spreadsheet import, online registration, secure payment, automatic receipt. Renewals are chased for you; unpaid fees surface on your dashboard.
Coaches manage from the touchline
Email call-ups, RSVPs, attendance, rosters. Attendance is taken pitchside. Parents know who is coming.
Nothing expires behind your back
Licences, medical certificates, coach background checks — alerts before every expiry.
An association under art. 60 ff. of the Civil Code, fees in francs, J+S subsidies computed from attendance. Paak speaks that language.
Your club is a Swiss-law association, not a business. Paak pricing is built for that — and your invoice shows 8.1% MWST, included in the displayed price.
Fees are collected in francs into the club's own bank account through Mollie, TWINT included. Checkout runs in Mollie's Swiss locale, today de_CH.
J+S pays CHF 1.30 per participant per training hour. Mark a team as a J+S offer: Paak counts participant-hours and camp days from the attendance you already take, checks the course-validity rules, estimates the amount in francs, reminds you of the 30-day closing deadline (notification + email) and prepares the official attendance-import file for the NDS. Closing the offer in the NDS stays on your side.
What Paak does for you
01 · Fees & payments
Renewals are chased automatically; late payments are flagged on the dashboard. Receipts send themselves.
02 · Coaches, teams & matches
Call-ups sent in one tap, live RSVPs, attendance taken at the side of the pitch. Parents get the time and the place. The match log fills in while the game is on.
03 · Set up in 30 seconds
Club name, sport, country — your space is ready. Drop in your CSV or Excel file: Paak detects the columns, suggests the mapping, you approve the rows before importing.
04 · The season rollover
Teams kept, age groups shifted, re-registrations drafted, weekly slots carried over. The rollover wizard works through the steps — you approve the age-group moves, Paak does the rest.
Send us your list (Excel, CSV, or a photo of a paper sheet) and we’ll import your members for you, free. Nothing to re-type.
Send us your file →Member space
A secure personal link in every club email opens the Member space: schedule and call-ups, fees to settle online — "Pay all" settles several outstanding fees in one payment — medical certificate upload, sporting progress, volunteering and club news. Families serve themselves; the committee breathes.

Coaching staff and child protection
Since 2015 the special private criminal-record extract (Sonderprivatauszug) has confirmed that a person is not banned from activities involving minors. Paak tracks every coach, keeps the issue date, and warns you 30, 14 and 7 days before the deadline you set.
Federal law does not make the special extract compulsory for sports clubs: your club, or your federation, decides whether to require it. Paak tracks what you decide — it does not decide for you.

A word from the founder
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby in the youth section at Stade Français — a big multi-sport club in the middle of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs do not have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."
In Europe, on OVHcloud servers located in France. Payments via Mollie (Netherlands), authentication via Hanko (Germany). For a Swiss club, France is on the FADP adequacy list (Annex 1 DPO), so this hosting satisfies art. 16 FADP with no supplementary measures.
Yes. Every Paak club gets a public page in its own colors — presentation, teams, venues, fees, contact — with online registration built in. You fill in your details, Paak handles the layout: nothing to build, nothing to maintain. If your club already has a website, just add a 'Join us' button pointing to your Paak page.
Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 members, 3 admins and 1 sport. No time limit, no credit card required.
30 seconds. Enter your club name, pick your sport, and you're in. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in 5 minutes.
22 sports have their rules, scoring and formations built in: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo), boxing, rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing, golf, figure skating, speed skating and sliding sports (bobsleigh/luge/skeleton). Every other sport runs on the core of the software — members, teams, attendance, payments, communication.
Paak uses Mollie, one of Europe's leading payment providers. Create a payment link, send it to members by email, and payments go directly to your bank account. Paak's fee: 1.2% per payment on the free plan (capped), 0% from Paak One — Mollie's own per-method fees apply on top.
No. Every member gets a personal member portal opened by a secure link included in each club email: schedule and call-ups, online dues payment when the club has enabled it (all plans), sports progression — and, with Paak One and above, medical-certificate upload. No account, no password, no app to install.
Deliberately not under 12: at that age sport should be about discovery and enjoyment, not ratings — so live tracking is simply not offered on those sessions. From 12 to 18 it exists, and Paak first asks the coach to confirm that ratings are there to encourage, never to rank young players against each other.
