What changes for a Swiss club

Fees are collected in francs into the club's own bank account through Mollie, TWINT included. Checkout runs in Mollie's Swiss locale, today de_CH.
Attendance — what J+S subsidies are built on
J+S pays CHF 1.30 per participant per training hour, computed from attendance. Paak keeps the attendance register session by session; filing it into the NDS database stays on your side.

A word from the founder
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby in the youth section at Stade Français — a big multi-sport club in the middle of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs do not have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."
In Europe, on OVHcloud servers located in France. Payments via Mollie (Netherlands), authentication via Hanko (Germany). For a Swiss club, France is on the FADP adequacy list (Annex 1 DPO), so this hosting satisfies art. 16 FADP with no supplementary measures.
Why is your pricing nonprofit-only?
Paak is built for nonprofit sports associations (art. 60 ff. Civil Code) and their volunteers. Our pricing reflects the economics of a volunteer-run club. If your structure is for-profit (LLC, plc, private studio, school…), write to contact@paak.club.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 members, 3 admins and 1 sport. No time limit, no credit card required.
How long does setup take?
30 seconds. Enter your club name, pick your sport, and you're in. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Can I migrate from Excel or another tool?
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in 5 minutes.
What sports are supported?
21 sports have their rules, scoring and formations built in: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo), rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing, golf, figure skating, speed skating and sliding sports (bobsleigh/luge/skeleton). Every other sport runs on the core of the software — members, teams, attendance, payments, communication.
How does online payment work?
Paak uses Mollie, one of Europe's leading payment providers. Create a payment link, send it to members by email, and payments go directly to your bank account.
Do my members need to create an account?
No. Every member gets a personal member portal opened by a secure link included in each club email: schedule and call-ups, online dues payment, medical certificate upload, sports progression. No account, no password, no app to install.
