Instructor honorabilité — tracked for you.
The French law of 8 March 2024 makes club presidents personally liable for the honorabilité (background-check status) of every instructor and adult volunteer in regular contact with minors — in Krav Maga, this covers the head instructor, assistants, kids' programme animators and any club volunteer present at junior sessions. Even though Krav Maga is not yet under a single French sport federation delegation, the Ministry of Sports honorabilité obligation applies as soon as the club is declared as a sport-teaching structure. Paak makes that tenable for a volunteer-run club.
