Your club is an association registered with the APR. Paak is built for that shape — volunteer-run, season-based, multi-team — rather than for a commercial gym.

Article 19 of the Zakon o sportu requires an athlete's medical fitness to be established within six months before they compete, and it extends to everyone in organised club activity — a shorter cycle than most of Europe. Paak tracks the date per athlete and warns you before it lapses.
Fees tracked, not collected online
Our payment partner only opens merchant accounts in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, so a Serbian-registered club collects fees its usual way. Paak still holds the due dates, records what you receive, chases renewals and shows you who is late.

Our payment partner only opens accounts for organisations registered in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. A club registered here therefore cannot collect its membership fees online through Paak.
Everything else works: per-member due dates, recording payments you receive, renewal reminders, an overview of late payments, accounting and receipts. You collect the money your usual way. Your own Paak subscription is paid by card as normal.

A word from the founder
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby in the youth section at Stade Français — a big multi-sport club in the middle of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs do not have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."
In Europe, on OVHcloud servers located in France; authentication via Hanko (Germany). Serbia's data-protection law (ZZPL, Sl. glasnik RS 87/2018) is modelled on the GDPR and allows transfers to Convention 108 and EU-adequate states, so hosting a Serbian club's data in the EU needs no special approval.
Why is your pricing nonprofit-only?
Paak is built for nonprofit sports associations and their volunteers. Our pricing reflects the economics of a volunteer-run club. If your structure is for-profit (d.o.o., private gym, school…), write to contact@paak.club.
My club has no website — can the Paak page be it?
Yes. Every Paak club gets a public page in its own colors — presentation, teams, venues, fees, contact — with online registration built in. You fill in your details, Paak handles the layout: nothing to build, nothing to maintain. If your club already has a website, just add a 'Join us' button pointing to your Paak page.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 members, 3 admins and 1 sport. No time limit, no credit card required.
How long does setup take?
30 seconds. Enter your club name, pick your sport, and you're in. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Can I migrate from Excel or another tool?
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in 5 minutes.
What sports are supported?
21 sports have their rules, scoring and formations built in: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo), rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing, golf, figure skating, speed skating and sliding sports (bobsleigh/luge/skeleton). Every other sport runs on the core of the software — members, teams, attendance, payments, communication.
Do my members need to create an account?
No. Every member gets a Member space reached through a secure personal link in each club email: schedule and call-ups, fees due and already settled, sporting progress, privacy choices and medical-certificate upload (Paak One and above). No account, no password, no app to download.
