Configure your public page

ONLINE REGISTRATION Reading time : 5 min Updated August 6, 2026
Every Paak club has a public page: an online presence showing your logo, colors, presentation, teams, venues and fees — and leading future members straight into online registration. No website to build, nothing to maintain: you fill in fields, Paak handles the layout.

Your web presence, no website to run

Your page lives at app.paak.club/clubs/your-url. It builds itself from the information your club already keeps in Paak: the layout is always polished, mobile-friendly and in your colors — no agency, no theme to pick, no updates to make. When your teams or fees change in Paak, the page changes with them.

The page's main button leads to your online registration form (app.paak.club/register/your-url) — the full journey is described in How members sign up. The footer also carries the member portal link for existing members.

1. Set up your profile

  1. Go to Settings → Profile: check the club name, short description, contact email and website; upload your logo (SVG, PNG, JPEG, WebP — max 500 KB).
  2. In Settings → Branding, set your colors: the public page, the registration form (and your emails if your plan includes email branding) pick them up.

2. Fill in your page

  1. Go to Settings → Member Registration Link, card "Public club page".
  2. Write your presentation (up to 2,000 characters): your story, your spirit, your training slots. Everything you write here is visible to everyone.
  3. Add your Instagram and Facebook links if you have them.
  4. Click Save, then Preview to see the page as your visitors do.

Your teams, venues (Settings → Venues) and membership fees appear automatically from what your club already keeps in Paak.

3. Choose your sections Paak One

By default the page shows all its sections: presentation, teams, venues, fees and contact. With Paak One or Paak Pro, you choose which ones show — for instance hide the fees if you prefer discussing them in person.

4. Visibility and link

  1. The page is on by default. To take it off the web, untick "Public page enabled" — its address will then return a not-found page. The direct registration link always stays active.
  2. Customise your URL (the same one serves the public page and registration) in the card at the top of the same settings page.
  3. Share the link: club website, Instagram bio, QR code on posters, email or WhatsApp to prospective members.

FAQ

Do I still need a website for my club?
For many clubs this page is the web presence: presentation, teams, fees, contact and registration in one place, always current. If your club already has a website, just add a "Join us" button pointing to your Paak page.
Can I change the layout or add pages?
No — by design. You fill in fields, Paak guarantees a clean, accessible, mobile layout. It is not a website builder: no sections to move, no pages to add, nothing to break.
Who can see this page?
Everyone — it is public and needs no login. Only write what you would put on a poster. You can switch it off at any time, on any plan.
Is the page a paid feature?
No — the public page exists on every plan, free included. Only choosing which sections show is reserved for Paak One and Paak Pro.
