Your members sign up by themselves.
A public page for your club, one link to share — and registration happens without you: the member fills in their details, picks their plan, signs their consents and pays their fee. You watch the registrations land in your dashboard.
Public page and online registration included from the free tier.
One public page. One link. Nothing to re-type.
No more paper forms to decipher, no more spreadsheets to copy over, no more cheques to match. The member’s journey feeds your member records directly.
Your club has its page
Logo, colors, teams, venues and fees — a public web presence, with no website to build.
The member does it all
Identity, plan, consents, payment: four steps from their phone, no account to create.
You re-type nothing
Each registration creates the member record, the expected fee and the signed documents — in one go.
Your web presence, no webmaster needed.
Every Paak club gets a public page in its colors: presentation, teams, training venues, plans and fees — updated automatically from your dashboard. The registration button is built in.
- Your club’s own address, to share everywhere — posters, social media, word of mouth
- Club logo, colors and presentation; choose your sections (Paak One)
- Teams, schedules and fees shown automatically — never out of date
Four steps, from a phone.
The member — or the parent — follows a guided journey: their details, their plan, their consents, their payment. A household registers several children in one go, and one season’s details carry over to the next.
- Identity, emergency contact and sport details — entered by the family, not by you
- The member picks their plan; family discounts apply automatically
- Renewal pre-filled from one season to the next

Signed online, and they hold up.
Your club’s waiver and the image-rights consent are signed electronically during registration. Each signature is time-stamped and sealed to the exact text shown — solid evidence, not a ticked box.
- A waiver written by your club, signed against a frozen, time-stamped version
- Image rights: explicit consent or refusal, recorded
- A parent signs for a minor; a copy is emailed
Paid at registration, not three reminders later.
Where online payment is available, the member settles their fee right there: bank card or SEPA direct debit, in one or several instalments depending on your plans. The payment reconciles itself.
- Card or SEPA direct debit — the member chooses, you front nothing
- Instalment payment on your annual plans, with automatic collection dates
- Cheque and bank transfer still work — online payment is an option
Paak commission: 1.2% capped at €2.50 per payment on the free tier, 0% from Paak One. Payment-provider fees apply separately.
You watch the registrations roll in.
Each completed registration creates the member record, links the household, files the signed documents and tracks the fee. For the ones left half-way, Paak follows up — you have nothing to chase.
- Complete member record created automatically — zero double entry
- Clear statuses: registered, awaiting payment, missing documents
- Automatic reminders for fees still pending
- And afterwards, each member lives in their member portal — schedule, payments, documents
How it works
Three steps on the club side — your members do the rest.
Create your plans
Fees, teams, family discounts: your membership offer, exactly as you already run it.
Activate online payment
Connect your Mollie account in a few minutes to take cards and direct debits — registration also works without it.
Share the link
Posters, social media, the club group chat: your public page’s link is enough. Registrations arrive on their own.
Next season, without the binder.
Create your club, open your public page and let your members register — it’s included from the free tier.
