Whatever your club’s structure
A volunteer-run not-for-profit, an association affiliated to its federation, a coach-run academy: Paak never assumes a legal form and never blocks signup on a registration number.
Club software for community sports organizations
Less admin, more sport.
Import your members, organize your sessions, keep track of fees, and your members handle the rest from their own portal, no account needed.
Free up to 100 members. No card required. 14-day free trial on Paak One.
A club officer’s week
Volunteers spend more time on admin than on the pitch. Paak reunites what your spreadsheets and assorted tools pulled apart.
Before Paak
Spreadsheets everywhere
Members in one file, payments in another, licences on paper. Nothing is connected.
Manual chasing on Sunday night
Who has paid? Whose licence is current? You spend your evenings checking line by line.
Volunteers stretched thin
Your officers spend more time on admin than on sport. Burnout, resignations, a fragile club.
With Paak
Fees come in without you chasing anyone
Spreadsheet import, online registration, secure payment, automatic receipt. Renewals are chased for you; unpaid fees surface on your dashboard.
Coaches manage from the touchline
Email call-ups, RSVPs, attendance, rosters. Attendance is taken pitchside. Parents know who is coming.
Nothing expires behind your back
Licences, medical certificates, coach background checks: alerts before every expiry.
Canadian dollars rather than euros, dues paid by card into your club’s own Stripe account, and your coaches’ certifications tracked with their own expiry dates. Here is where Paak fits, and where it stops.
A volunteer-run not-for-profit, an association affiliated to its federation, a coach-run academy: Paak never assumes a legal form and never blocks signup on a registration number.
Your club creates its own Stripe account from Paak and your members pay by card. The money lands in the club’s Stripe balance and Stripe pays it out to your bank account; Paak never holds your money. Paak’s fee on the Free plan: 1.2% per payment, capped at $2.50; 0% from Paak One. Stripe’s own fees (2.9% + $0.30 per payment with a Canadian card) are charged by Stripe to the club. Interac e-Transfer and cheques are still recorded by hand.
Coaching certifications, training courses, first-aid certificates and police record checks sit on each person’s record with their own date, and Paak warns you 30, 14 and 7 days before one lapses (by email from Paak One). Your club and your federation decide what is required; Paak keeps track of it.
Publish your club’s own waiver and every registration requires reading and signing it: typed name, timestamp, the exact version signed and its digital fingerprint are all preserved, and the signer gets a copy by email. Paak provides no legal template and makes no promise a court will enforce your text. Your counsel or federation writes it; Paak keeps the proof it was signed.
What Paak does for you
01 · Fees & payments
Renewals are chased automatically; late payments are flagged on the dashboard. Receipts send themselves. Stripe collects, the club’s bank account is credited.
02 · Coaches, teams & matches
Call-ups sent in one tap, live RSVPs, attendance taken at the side of the pitch. Parents get the time and the place. The match log fills in while the game is on.
03 · Import your members
Club name, sport, country: your space is ready. Drop in your CSV or Excel file: Paak detects the columns, suggests the mapping, you approve the rows before importing.
04 · The season rollover
Teams kept, age groups shifted, re-registrations drafted, weekly slots carried over. The rollover wizard works through the steps: you approve the age-group moves, Paak does the rest.
Send us your list (Excel, CSV, or a photo of a paper sheet) and we’ll import your members for you, free. Nothing to re-type.

The Paak app puts the session in your coaches’ pocket: offline attendance, a reminder before each session and, with Paak Pro, the live match. It is included in every plan.

Member space
A secure personal link in every club email opens the Member space: schedule and call-ups, fees to settle online ("Pay all" settles several outstanding fees in one payment), medical certificate upload, sporting progress, volunteering and club news. Families serve themselves; the committee breathes.

A word from the founder
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby in the youth section at Stade Français, a big multi-sport club in the middle of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs do not have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."
In Europe, on OVHcloud servers located in France; authentication via Hanko (Germany). Your members’ payments go through Stripe, on your club’s own Stripe account in Canada: card data never touches Paak’s servers, which receive from Stripe only the status of each payment and of your account, and Stripe may process and store that data outside Canada. How Canadian privacy law applies to your club is for your club to assess: European hosting is a residency and security choice we make, not a compliance claim about your club. Paak runs no ad-tech, sells no data, and shows no targeted ads to anyone, children included.
Yes. Every Paak club gets a public page in its own colors (presentation, teams, venues, fees, contact) with online registration built in. You fill in your details, Paak handles the layout: nothing to build, nothing to maintain. If your club already has a website, just add a 'Join us' button pointing to your Paak page.
Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 members, 3 admins and 1 sport. No time limit, no credit card required.
Enter your club name, pick your sport and your country: your space is ready. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in one go: Paak detects the columns, you approve before importing.
23 sports have their rules, scoring and formations built in: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo), boxing, rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing, golf, figure skating, speed skating, sliding sports (bobsleigh/luge/skeleton) and archery. Every other sport runs on the core of the software: members, teams, attendance, payments, communication.
In Canada, Paak relies on Stripe. Your club creates its own Stripe account from Paak, completes the details Stripe asks for on Stripe’s site, and your members then pay by card: the money lands in the club’s Stripe balance and Stripe pays it out to your bank account. Paak’s fee: 1.2% per payment on the Free plan (capped at $2.50), 0% from Paak One. Stripe’s own fees apply on top and are charged by Stripe to the club: 2.9% + $0.30 per payment with a Canadian card, 0.8% more for an international card. No Interac e-Transfer and no pre-authorized debit through Stripe: you record those by hand in Paak.
No. Every member gets a personal member portal opened by a secure link included in each club email: schedule and call-ups, online dues payment when the club has enabled it (all plans), sports progression and, with Paak One and above, medical-certificate upload. No account, no password, no app to install.
Yes, on Android phones and tablets. The Paak app is made for coaches, club officers and volunteers: attendance at training, even offline, a reminder before each session, the live match with Paak Pro and the whole of club management. It is included in every plan. Your members have nothing to install.
Deliberately not under 12: at that age sport should be about discovery and enjoyment, not ratings, so live tracking is simply not offered on those sessions. From 12 to 18 it exists, and Paak first asks the coach to confirm that ratings are there to encourage, never to rank young players against each other.
