Boxing club management software

From spreadsheet to the edge of the ring. Boxing, properly understood.

Paak already runs your members, payments, classes and compliance. For boxing it goes further: your club's ruleset, your choice, live 10-point-must scoring, boxer tracking and sourced training sessions.

  • Selectable ruleset — World Boxing, IBA, FFBoxe, SwissBoxing, USA Boxing…: each with its own rounds, headgear and categories
  • Live scoring — red corner / blue corner, jab, cross, hook, uppercut, knockdown, sanctions, from the edge of the ring
  • Safeguarding, French law of 8 March 2024 — supervisors tracked, reminders before expiry

01 · Live scoring

The fight is scored at the edge of the ring, not afterwards.

One tap adjusts each boxer's count in real time, from your phone. Red corner and blue corner, punches landed and sanctions per boxer. The 10-point-must decision stays with the judges — Paak records the run of the round and the punches.

  • Red corner / blue corner — each boxer, their punches landed and sanctions side by side
  • Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, body shot, knockdown — the punches that count
  • Sanctions — caution, warning, standing 8-count, point deduction, RSC tracked per boxer

02 · Boxer profile

A profile that speaks boxing — record, weight, stance.

Every fight feeds the boxer's profile: W-L-D record, weight class, stance, reach, and metrics computed automatically. The columns are boxing's, not a team sport's.

  • W-L-D record & weight class — the class is a free field: it differs by federation and edition (World Boxing, IBA, USA Boxing… don't align)
  • Stance & reach — orthodox, southpaw or switch: the coach's tactical markers, season after season
  • Punches landed & power-punch share — by season and across a career, computed from the scoreboard
  • FFBoxe Gants de couleur grades — white, yellow, orange — and youth categories (Poussins → Seniors) recognised automatically
  • Ruleset configurable per club — the profile follows the chosen federation (headgear, categories, combat-entry age)

One rule, two values — headgear: for elite men it is banned under World Boxing and the IBA, but required under USA Boxing (all divisions). We never present one as “the” rule of boxing — the governing body is chosen in Paak, and the number of counts that stops a fight also changes with age and federation.
One software, every ruleset

Boxing has no single rule. Neither does Paak.

World Boxing, IBA, FFBoxe, SwissBoxing, USA Boxing… each has its own rounds, headgear, weight classes and combat-entry age. You pick your club's governing body, and everything adapts — without ever presenting one rule as “the” rule of boxing.

World Boxing — Olympic pathway

The body recognised by the IOC (since Feb. 2025), which governs boxing at the Los Angeles 2028 Games. 3 rounds, 10-point-must scored by 5 judges.

In Paak: Headgear banned for elite men, required for elite women; World Boxing weight classes (2025 edition).

IBA (ex-AIBA) — independent circuit

The former Olympic body, de-recognised by the IOC in 2023; it runs its own circuit. 3 rounds, 10-point-must.

In Paak: No headgear for elite men AND women (women's transition ended 1 June 2024).

FFBoxe — France

Boxe éducative assaut (BEA, touch only, from age 6, no hard blows) then Boxe amateur (BA, combat, from Minime ~12). Gants de couleur grades.

In Paak: Poussins → Seniors categories, white/yellow/orange glove grade, headgear required except Senior Men in 3×3′.

SwissBoxing — Switzerland

Light-Contact (via J+S / BASPO, from age 8, hard blows banned) then Olympic boxing from age 13. Under 8, no head strikes at all.

In Paak: U13 / U15 / U17 / U19 categories, headgear required for youth, immediate stop with no count for the youngest.

USA Boxing — United States

The US national body. Headgear required for ALL divisions, including elite men — a domestic rule, the opposite of the international one.

In Paak: Pee-Wee → Elite categories, SafeSport supervision for minors.

DBV · OeBV · KBBB — DE · AT · BE

Germany (DBV), Austria (OeBV) and the Royal Belgian Boxing Federation — each with its own combat-entry age (10 / 11 / 8 with headgear) and categories.

In Paak: The club's ruleset is a setting; Paak never merges these differences into a single rule.
Training

Complete sessions, sourced, in one click.

Pick an age band and a theme, and Paak builds a timed session — warm-up, two main blocks, a game — from 28 drills drawn from published federal documents. For the youngest, everything is touch only: no hard blows to the head, with each federation's age limit shown in the drill.

Session generator

  • Warm-up + 2 main blocks + a game, timed
  • Themes: footwork, straights, hooks-uppercuts, guard & defence, conditioning
  • Planning, editing and saving: free — printing the sheet is in Paak One

Côté Coach — the guide

  • The training know-how, sourced and free, on paak.club
  • FFBoxe (Gants de couleur), J+S / BASPO (Light-Contact), England Boxing
  • The same drills as in Paak — each federation's age limits, in every card
The guide is free and public: discover boxing from the coach's side — the sourced training know-how of boxing, in French, English and German.

Paak complements your federation — keep its extranet.

FFBoxe stays your official reference for licences (e-licence), categories and federal competitions. Paak lives alongside it and handles everything the federal extranet doesn't: the day-to-day life of the club.

Compliance · Safeguarding

French law of 8 March 2024 — supervisor honourability, tracked for you.

For French clubs, any supervisor in regular contact with minors must be checked: the coach, the assistants, the Boxe éducative leaders, the club referees. Paak tracks each person's honourability check and alerts before the annual deadline. Paak informs and reminds — it never replaces the State's official check.

  • Status per supervisor — valid / expiring soon / expired
  • Automatic reminders at 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry
  • CSV export in the ministry's SI Honorabilité format
  • FFBoxe licence, Gant de couleur and medical certificate on the same profile

Frequently asked

Boxing has no single federation — does Paak handle the different rulesets?

Yes, and that's the whole point. Boxing is fragmented: World Boxing (Olympic pathway, LA 2028) and the IBA (ex-AIBA) internationally, plus FFBoxe, SwissBoxing, DBV, OeBV, USA Boxing… nationally. Your club's ruleset is a setting: we never present one rule as “the” rule of boxing. Headgear, round length, weight classes and the combat-entry age all vary by the chosen body, and the boxer's profile follows the club's federation.

Can I score a fight live?

Yes. The scoreboard offers real-time tracking with a red corner / blue corner, jab, cross, hook, uppercut, body shot and knockdown buttons, plus the sanctions line (caution, warning, standing 8-count, point deduction, RSC) — from a phone or tablet at the edge of the ring. The 10-point-must decision (5 judges) stays yours; Paak records the punches landed and the run of the round.

How do you track a boxer?

The boxer's profile carries their W-L-D record, weight class (free text — it differs by federation and edition), stance (orthodox, southpaw or switch) and reach, plus their punches landed and power-punch share season by season and across their career. The youth category (Poussins, Benjamins, Minimes… on the FFBoxe side) is recognised automatically.

Are there ready-made training sessions?

Yes. Pick an age band and a theme (footwork, straights, hooks-uppercuts, guard and defence, conditioning) and Paak builds a complete session — warm-up, two main blocks, a game — from 28 drills sourced from published federal documents (FFBoxe Gants de couleur, J+S / BASPO Light-Contact, England Boxing): exactly the same ones as in the Côté Coach guide. For the youngest, everything is touch only, with no hard blows to the head, and each federation's age limit is shown in the drill. Planning, editing and saving the session is free; printing the sheet and custom drills beyond 5 are in Paak One.

Does Paak handle FFBoxe grades and youth categories?

Yes: the Gants de couleur (white, yellow, orange…) as a grade, and the FFBoxe age categories (Poussins from age 6 in Boxe éducative assaut, touch only, up to Seniors). Combat (Boxe amateur) only opens from Minime; Paak informs you of this limit, never circumvents it.

And safeguarding compliance?

For French clubs, Paak flags the honourability check for volunteer supervisors (French law of 8 March 2024) and sets a single reminder. Paak informs and reminds — it never replaces the State's official check.
