Where is my data stored?
In France, on OVHcloud servers. Payments via Mollie (Netherlands). Auth via Hanko (Germany). 100% European infrastructure, fully GDPR-compliant.
What if I already use HelloAsso, AssoConnect or SportEasy?
Paak is complementary, not competing. Keep your current payment tool if you prefer — Paak adds what it doesn't cover: multi-team, background-check compliance (French law 8 March 2024), sport scoring, performance, targeted communication. You can also consolidate everything into Paak: members, payments (Mollie built-in), teams, in one tool. CSV import from your current tool in 5 minutes.
Why is your pricing nonprofit-only?
Paak is built for sports associations, nonprofits and their volunteers. Our pricing reflects the economic reality of amateur clubs — they're not commercial businesses. If your structure is commercial (Ltd, LLC, private gym, school...), email contact@paak.club for tailored business pricing.

How long does setup take?
30 seconds. Enter your club name, pick your sport, and you're in. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Can I migrate from Excel or another tool?
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in 5 minutes.
What sports are supported?
18 sports are natively configured: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo, krav maga), rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing and golf.
How does online payment work?
Paak uses Mollie, the European payment leader. Create a payment link, send it to members by email, and payments go directly to your bank account.
