A club officer’s week
Paak gathers what is scattered.
Volunteers spend more time on admin than on the pitch. Paak reunites what your spreadsheets and assorted tools pulled apart.
Before Paak
Your data lives in six different places, and none of them talk to each other.
Spreadsheets everywhere
Members in one file, payments in another, licences on paper. Nothing is connected.
Manual chasing on Sunday night
Who has paid? Whose licence is current? You spend your evenings checking line by line.
Volunteers stretched thin
Your officers spend more time on admin than on sport. Burnout, resignations, a fragile club.
With Paak
One source of truth: the automations handle the rest.
Fees tracked without a spreadsheet
Spreadsheet import, per-member due dates, payments recorded by hand, automatic renewal reminders. Late payers surface on your dashboard.
Coaches manage from the touchline
Email call-ups, RSVPs, attendance, rosters. Attendance is taken pitchside. Parents know who is coming.
Nothing expires behind your back
Licences, medical certificates, coach background checks: alerts before every expiry.
What changes for a South African club
The interface is in English, the price is set for clubs in South Africa, and fee collection stays outside Paak. Paak runs the club itself and is straight with you about the payments.
Clubs, associations and academies
Whether you are a voluntary association, a registered non-profit or a private academy, Paak runs the club itself: members, teams, seasons, attendance and fees. The product language here is English; French and German are also available.
One price, in euros
Clubs established in South Africa have their own table, in euros. The prices are in the pricing section below, with the yearly rate at ten months.
Fees tracked, not collected online
Our payment partner only opens merchant accounts in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, so a South African club collects fees its usual way. Paak still holds the due dates, records what you receive, chases renewals and shows you who is late.
What Paak does for you
Four levers that give volunteers their evenings back.
01 · Fees & payments
Your fees come in without a single manual reminder.
Renewal dates are chased automatically; late payments are flagged on the dashboard. You collect the money your usual way and record the payment in one click.
Public club page in your colors: your web presence, registration built in
Family discounts, households, per-member due dates
Club accounting: every payment feeds the ledger
Automatic renewal reminders
Late-payment reminders at the intensity you set: gentle, standard or firm
Call-ups sent in one tap, live RSVPs, attendance taken at the side of the pitch. Parents get the time and the place. The match log fills in while the game is on.
Import your spreadsheet. Paak recognises the columns by itself.
Club name, sport, country: your space is ready. Drop in your CSV or Excel file: Paak detects the columns, suggests the mapping, you approve the rows before importing.
CSV / Excel import: automatic column detection
Migrate from any tool that exports CSV
Preview validation before import
Households configurable after import (parents-children)
The new season takes one evening to set up, not three.
Teams kept, age groups shifted, re-registrations drafted, weekly slots carried over. The rollover wizard works through the steps: you approve the age-group moves, Paak does the rest.
Age groups shifted: teams kept, not recreated
Draft re-registrations + renewal email
Weekly training slots carried across the season
Every step visible and repeatable: nothing goes out without you
The Paak app puts the session in your coaches’ pocket: offline attendance, a reminder before each session and, with Paak Pro, the live match. It is included in every plan.
Offline attendance, synced when the connection is back

Member space
Every member gets their own space, no account, no password.
A secure personal link in every club email opens the Member space: schedule and call-ups, fees due and already settled, medical certificate upload, sporting progress, volunteering and club news. Families serve themselves; the committee breathes.
Personal schedule + phone calendar (ICS)
Attendance confirmed in one tap, editable until the session
Medical certificate uploaded by the family: encrypted, club-validated
Grades, licences, volunteering and club news in one place
Prices shown exclude VAT. Emmara, the Swiss company behind Paak, charges no Swiss VAT on subscriptions to clubs in South Africa. Any South African VAT is accounted for under South African rules.
Amounts in ZAR are an estimate, at the rate published by the South African Reserve Bank for 22 October 2026 (€1 = 18.51 ZAR). Paak bills in euros: what you pay in your currency depends on the exchange rate on the day of payment, which changes every day.
Our payment partner only opens accounts for organisations registered in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. A club registered here therefore cannot collect its membership fees online through Paak.
Everything else works: per-member due dates, recording payments you receive, renewal reminders, an overview of late payments, accounting and receipts. You collect the money your usual way. Your own Paak subscription is paid by card as normal.
C
A word from the founder
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby in the youth section at Stade Français, a big multi-sport club in the middle of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs do not have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."
In Europe, on OVHcloud servers located in France; authentication via Hanko (Germany). We tell you where the servers are rather than judge your situation: what South African rules require when a club's records are kept outside South Africa is for your club to check, and European hosting does not settle it for you.
My club has no website: can the Paak page be it?
Yes. Every Paak club gets a public page in its own colors (presentation, teams, venues, fees, contact) with online registration built in. You fill in your details, Paak handles the layout: nothing to build, nothing to maintain. If your club already has a website, just add a 'Join us' button pointing to your Paak page.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 members, 3 admins and 1 sport. No time limit, no credit card required.
How long does setup take?
Enter your club name, pick your sport and your country: your space is ready. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Can I migrate from Excel or another tool?
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in one go: Paak detects the columns, you approve before importing.
What sports are supported?
23 sports have their rules, scoring and formations built in: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo), boxing, rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing, golf, figure skating, speed skating, sliding sports (bobsleigh/luge/skeleton) and archery. Every other sport runs on the core of the software: members, teams, attendance, payments, communication.
Do my members need to create an account?
No. Every member gets a Member space reached through a secure personal link in each club email: schedule and call-ups, fees due and already settled, sporting progress, privacy choices and medical-certificate upload (Paak One and above). No account, no password, no app to download.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on Android phones and tablets. The Paak app is made for coaches, club officers and volunteers: attendance at training, even offline, a reminder before each session, the live match with Paak Pro and the whole of club management. It is included in every plan. Your members have nothing to install.
Can children's performance be tracked?
Deliberately not under 12: at that age sport should be about discovery and enjoyment, not ratings, so live tracking is simply not offered on those sessions. From 12 to 18 it exists, and Paak first asks the coach to confirm that ratings are there to encourage, never to rank young players against each other.
