What changes for a Portuguese club
A nonprofit clube desportivo with its NIPC, an annual medical exam every federated member must pass, and the payment methods Portugal actually uses.

Your club is a nonprofit association identified by its NIPC. Paak keeps it on the organisation record alongside your statutes and billing details.
Exame médico-desportivo, every season
Lei n.º 5/2007 makes taking part in federated sport conditional on proof of fitness, and Despacho n.º 9613/2020 makes that proof annual, renewed at each season’s registration with the federation, referees included. Paak tracks the exam per member and reminds you before the season rolls over.
MB WAY, Multibanco, cards
Fees are collected into the club’s own bank account through Mollie, including MB WAY and Multibanco references. One caveat worth knowing up front: neither of those supports recurring charges, so a standing membership subscription runs on card or SEPA instead.

Registo criminal certificates, tracked without a spreadsheet.
Any role involving regular contact with minors (paid or unpaid, the statute says "ainda que não remuneradas") requires the certificado de registo criminal before recruitment, and the club must ask for it again every year. Paak tracks each certificate, applies the twelve-month cycle and warns you 30, 14 and 7 days ahead.

My club has no website: can the Paak page be it?
Yes. Every Paak club gets a public page in its own colors (presentation, teams, venues, fees, contact) with online registration built in. You fill in your details, Paak handles the layout: nothing to build, nothing to maintain. If your club already has a website, just add a 'Join us' button pointing to your Paak page.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 members, 3 admins and 1 sport. No time limit, no credit card required.
How long does setup take?
Enter your club name, pick your sport and your country: your space is ready. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Can I migrate from Excel or another tool?
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in one go: Paak detects the columns, you approve before importing.
What sports are supported?
23 sports have their rules, scoring and formations built in: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo), boxing, rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing, golf, figure skating, speed skating, sliding sports (bobsleigh/luge/skeleton) and archery. Every other sport runs on the core of the software: members, teams, attendance, payments, communication.
How does online payment work?
Paak uses Mollie, one of Europe's leading payment providers. Create a payment link, send it to members by email, and payments go directly to your bank account. Paak's fee: 1.2% per payment on the free plan (capped), 0% from Paak One. Mollie's own per-method fees apply on top.
Do my members need to create an account?
No. Every member gets a personal member portal opened by a secure link included in each club email: schedule and call-ups, online dues payment when the club has enabled it (all plans), sports progression and, with Paak One and above, medical-certificate upload. No account, no password, no app to install.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on Android phones and tablets. The Paak app is made for coaches, club officers and volunteers: attendance at training, even offline, a reminder before each session, the live match with Paak Pro and the whole of club management. It is included in every plan. Your members have nothing to install.
Can children's performance be tracked?
Deliberately not under 12: at that age sport should be about discovery and enjoyment, not ratings, so live tracking is simply not offered on those sessions. From 12 to 18 it exists, and Paak first asks the coach to confirm that ratings are there to encourage, never to rank young players against each other.
