A sprinter and a shot-putter don't see the same profile.

Each event family has its own statistics, its own sanctions and its own formations. No more generic stat sheet that looks like nothing — every coach finds their bearings.

04 · Records & progression

The record that updates itself.

Every performance entered feeds the athlete profile. Personal bests per event, season's best performance, progression calculated automatically. The coach sees the trajectory across the season — the athlete keeps the memory of their progress.

  • Personal best per event, time or distance
  • Season's best performance updated automatically
  • Season progression calculated by formula
  • Multi-event — an athlete in the 100m and long jump keeps a single profile
  • Medals won, tracked per athlete on the profile
  • Win rate — your wins over total competitions
05 · Honorabilité & compliance

Law of 8 March 2024 — checked for you.

Every athletics coach, volunteers included, must be able to prove their honorabilité (background-check status). Paak tracks everyone's status, alerts before expiry and generates the export in SI Honorabilité format — with a verification history.

  • Tracking per coach — valid / expiring soon / expired
  • Automatic reminders before every expiry
  • CSV export in the federation's SI Honorabilité format
  • Licences and medical certificates on the same profile

Pass'Athlé FFA — ages 7-11

Five federation tokens for the young athlete's progression.

The five official tiers of the FFA Pass'Athlé are built in as a youth-profile field. Pass'Eveil (ages 7-9, Green / Red / Bronze tokens) then Pass'Pouss (ages 10-11, Silver / Gold) — each assessment is recorded on the athlete profile. Coaches at clubs accredited as an FFA École d'Athlétisme find the history of token awards when it's time to move the young athlete on to the Pass'Athlète (Benjamin-Minime).

At age 12, the young athlete moves on to the Pass'Athlète (Benjamin-Minime), then to the FFA scoring tables in the Cadet category. The main events (sprints, distance, jumps, throws, combined) stay visible on the same profile — the coach keeps the whole trajectory from child to adult.

A word from the founder

“I was lucky to learn rugby at the school of Stade Français — a large multi-sport club, right in the middle of Paris, where the volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs don't have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club.”

Frequently asked questions

Does Paak cover every athletics event?

Yes. Six disciplines are configured natively: sprints (60m–400m + hurdles + steeplechase), middle & long distance (800m–marathon), jumps (high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault), throws (shot put, discus, hammer, javelin), cross-country and combined events (decathlon, heptathlon). Each discipline has its own statistics and formations. Multi-event athletes stay on a single profile.

How does Paak handle FFA licences?

Each member carries their federation licence and medical certificate on their profile. The compliance dashboard alerts you before every expiry. The FFA and Swiss Athletics are recognised in the federation registry — your member imports can populate the affiliated club directly.

And an athlete who sprints AND long-jumps?

One profile, several disciplines. The athlete profile lists the events practised (21 events available in the picklist, from the 100m to the heptathlon). Personal bests are tracked per event. The family statistics (sprints vs jumps) stay distinct even if the athlete practises several.

Are the decathlon and heptathlon handled?

Yes — the Combined events discipline covers the decathlon (10 events, 2 days, men) and the heptathlon (7 events, 2 days, women). The points per event and the total are recorded on the athlete profile. The IAAF points-calculation table (Bender + Trkal) remains manual entry for now — auto-calculation planned.

How much does Paak cost for an athletics club?

Free up to 100 members, with no time limit. Paak One at 29 €/month and Paak Pro at 99 €/month for larger clubs. Same price whatever the sport.
