Frequently asked questions
Is the app paid?
No. It is included in every Paak plan, the free one too. The live match is part of Paak Pro.
Do my members have to install the app?
No. The app is made for the club’s coaches, officers and volunteers. Members and parents open their member portal from the personal link in the club’s emails: no account, no password, nothing to install.
Does the app work without a connection?
Attendance and match tracking work offline: everything is saved on the phone, then synced when the connection is back. Open the app once with a connection before the session: it keeps the list of invited players on the phone. The rest of the app needs a connection.
Which devices does the app run on?
On Android phones and tablets. Without the app, Paak also works in the browser of your phone or computer.
How do I sign in?
With your club’s Paak account, the same one as on paak.club. If your club already uses Paak, ask an administrator to invite you.
