Whatever your club’s structure
A volunteer-run members’ club, a community club with a company behind it, a coach-run academy: Paak never assumes a legal form and never blocks signup on a registration number.
Subs collected in pounds
Membership fees, camps and kit are paid online in pounds and settle to the club’s own account through Mollie, which holds a UK payment-institution licence from the FCA and checks each club before it can collect. Family discounts are worked out for you, and every payment is recorded against the member.
Coach checks and qualifications, with expiry dates
DBS (England and Wales), PVG (Scotland) and AccessNI (Northern Ireland) checks, coaching qualifications and first-aid certificates sit on each person’s record with their own date, and Paak warns you 30, 14 and 7 days before one lapses (by email from Paak One). Your club and your governing body decide what is required; Paak keeps track of it.

A word from the founder
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby in the youth section at Stade Français — a big multi-sport club in the middle of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs do not have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."
In Europe, on OVHcloud servers located in France; payments via Mollie; authentication via Hanko (Germany). UK law treats the European Economic Area and Switzerland as giving adequate protection to personal data. How UK data-protection law applies to your club is for your club to assess: European hosting is a residency and security choice we make, not a compliance claim about your club. Paak runs no ad-tech and sells no data.
My club has no website — can the Paak page be it?
Yes. Every Paak club gets a public page in its own colors — presentation, teams, venues, fees, contact — with online registration built in. You fill in your details, Paak handles the layout: nothing to build, nothing to maintain. If your club already has a website, just add a 'Join us' button pointing to your Paak page.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 members, 3 admins and 1 sport. No time limit, no credit card required.
How long does setup take?
Enter your club name, pick your sport and your country: your space is ready. You can import members from Excel afterwards.
Can I migrate from Excel or another tool?
Yes. Paak includes a CSV import tool. Export your members from your current system and import them in one go: Paak detects the columns, you approve before importing.
What sports are supported?
23 sports have their rules, scoring and formations built in: football, karate (5 styles), judo, martial arts (MMA, BJJ, taekwondo), boxing, rugby, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, fencing, golf, figure skating, speed skating, sliding sports (bobsleigh/luge/skeleton) and archery. Every other sport runs on the core of the software — members, teams, attendance, payments, communication.
How does online payment work?
Paak uses Mollie, one of Europe's leading payment providers. Create a payment link, send it to members by email, and payments go directly to your bank account. Paak's fee: 1.2% per payment on the free plan (capped), 0% from Paak One — Mollie's own per-method fees apply on top.
Do my members need to create an account?
No. Every member gets a personal member portal opened by a secure link included in each club email: schedule and call-ups, online dues payment when the club has enabled it (all plans), sports progression — and, with Paak One and above, medical-certificate upload. No account, no password, no app to install.
Can children's performance be tracked?
Deliberately not under 12: at that age sport should be about discovery and enjoyment, not ratings — so live tracking is simply not offered on those sessions. From 12 to 18 it exists, and Paak first asks the coach to confirm that ratings are there to encourage, never to rank young players against each other.
