Software for tennis clubs

From the Excel sheet to a native FFT ranking. Club tennis, connected.

Paak already handles your members, payments, teams and compliance. For tennis it goes further: native FFT ranking (22 tiers + numeric series), licence tracking, live match stats (aces, winners, break points), youth red/orange/green/yellow ball progression, interclub teams and surface preference.

  • Native FFT ranking — 22 lexical tiers + numeric series, never a typo "15/6" that does not exist
  • Live stats — aces, double faults, winners, unforced errors, break points, in one tap
  • Safeguarding (French law 8 March 2024) — coaches tracked, reminders before expiry

The ranking

The FFT ranking, natively integrated.

In France, the FFT ranking is not a free-text field like in most generic tools. Paak integrates the 22 lexical tiers and the numeric series as published by the French Tennis Federation. You select the ranking from the licensee profile; Paak keeps a history of the two yearly updates (March and September).

Why it matters: a tennis club with 500 licensees is 500 rankings to keep up to date, twice a year, by series, by age. What takes an afternoon in Excel takes two minutes in Paak — and the selected rank is never a typo "15/6" that does not exist.
The youth

Galaxie Tennis — FFT 4-10 yr progression.

The five official FFT Galaxie Tennis levels are integrated as a profile field on each youth licensee. From a 5-year-old starting at Galaxie Blanc to a 9-year-old reaching Galaxie Vert, each level-up is tracked on the athlete card — the coaching team always knows who to assess at the next dedicated session.

Blancfrom age 5
Violetfrom age 6
Rougefrom age 6
Orangefrom age 7
Vertfrom age 9
At age 11, the young player transitions to the FFT adult ranking (NC → 1st series). The transition is tracked on the same card — coaches keep the full sporting journey from first racquet all the way to championship play.
The licensee profile

Six fields no spreadsheet models.

Every licensee has a card, and every card speaks tennis. The profile surfaces the right information depending on the player and their level.

FFT ranking

Complete picklist of the 22 lexical tiers (NC to −15) plus numeric series. Historical ranking trail preserved.

FFT licence number

Dedicated field in the 8-character FFT format, with yearly validity and renewal tracking.

Youth ball category

Red → orange → green → yellow. Progression tracked over time.

Playing hand & backhand

Right or left hand, one-handed or two-handed backhand. Tactical info for coaches.

Surface preference

Clay, hard, grass or indoor. Useful when picking line-ups against a given opponent surface.

ATP / WTA ranking

Optional field for international-level players, complementary to FFT ranking.

The interclubs

Interclub championships — line-up by ranking.

Paak manages teams entered in the interclub championship — from departmental series up to Pro A — with line-up composition by ranking, player availability, and convocations with RSVP. The captain sees at a glance who is ranked for which tie.

Operational today

Line-up composition by ranking and surface, convocations with attendance confirmation, singles + doubles results captured after the tie.

In Paak: individual stats flow back to the licensee profile after the tie.

In development (Q2 2026)

Live match sheet + dedicated per-season history, promotion/relegation. The interclub-specific entity is on the Q2 2026 roadmap (SPORT-TENNIS-INTERCLUBS).

In Paak: line-up composition, convocations and result entry are already in place.

Paak complements ADOC — no need to replace it.

ADOC is the FFT's free federal tool for licence and ranking management — you keep it. Paak does not try to replace it. What the FFT does well (licences, tournament sanctioning, official ranking), ADOC handles. What ADOC handles poorly or not at all, Paak covers.

ADOC · FFT federal tool

Stays your official reference

  • FFT licence and official ranking
  • Tournament sanctioning
  • Ten'Up reservations
  • Federal filings

What you gain on top

  • Multi-sport (tennis + padel + squash + fitness)
  • Online payments (Mollie) for fees, camps, equipment
  • Match log: scoring, per-player stats, calculated metrics
  • Non-FFT safeguarding compliance (French law 8 March 2024)
  • Communications, volunteers, sponsors, non-court scheduling

CSV bridge: export the licensee list from ADOC (ranking included), import into Paak. Profiles are enriched without double entry. There is no official FFT API — we stay honest about that: CSV is the path.

Compliance · Honorabilité & FFT licences

French law of 8 March 2024 — tracked for you.

The French law of 8 March 2024 makes club presidents personally liable for the honorabilité (background-check status) of every coach, official and adult volunteer in regular contact with minors — in tennis, this covers the head coach, assistants, Galaxie Tennis / mini-tennis animators, club-side instructors (DE / DES JEPS / CQP) and any volunteer present at youth sessions or interclubs jeunes matches.

  • Status per coach — valid / expiring soon / expired
  • Automatic reminders 30, 14 and 7 days before each attestation expires — email to the coach and notification to the president
  • CSV export in the ministry SI Honorabilité / FIJAISV column order, one click
  • FFT licence, ranking and medical certificate on the same coach profile. Included in every plan, including Free.

Frequently asked questions

Does Paak support the FFT ranking system?

Yes. The 22 lexical tiers (NC to −15) and the numeric series (−30, N1 to N300+) are built in as a picklist on every licensee profile. Paak keeps the history of the two yearly updates (March and September).

Are the FFT youth ball categories (red, orange, green, yellow) supported?

Yes. The four official pedagogical categories (ages 5-8 red, 8-10 orange, 9-11 green, 12+ yellow) sit in the youth licensee profile with progression over time.

Does Paak track interclub matches and live stats?

Individual match stats (aces, double faults, winners, unforced errors, break points, net points) are captured live during the match and flow back to the licensee profile after the tie. The dedicated interclub entity (shared singles + doubles match sheet, per-season history, promotion/relegation) is in active development for Q2 2026 (SPORT-TENNIS-INTERCLUBS). Today, team line-up composition, convocations, and result entry are operational.

Does Paak replace ADOC?

No, and it is not the goal. ADOC is the FFT's free federal tool for licences and official ranking — you keep it. Paak is complementary: multi-sport, Mollie payments, non-FFT safeguarding, live performance, communications. The bridge between the two is a CSV import (ADOC export → Paak import). There is no public FFT API — we stay honest about that.

Is Paak a fit for FFT-affiliated clubs?

Yes, alongside ADOC. Paak handles the FFT licence (number, validity, medical certificate), staff safeguarding compliance (French law 8 March 2024), subscriptions, teams entered in the championship, class scheduling and sanctioned tournaments.

What about padel?

Padel is an FFT-governed discipline. Paak will add it as a dedicated discipline on the roadmap (20×10 court, P25-P2000 padel ranking, always doubles). Today a multi-activity club can already manage its padel members in Paak — dedicated scoring is coming.
