The management platform that speaks tennis

Paak already handles your members, subscriptions, teams and compliance. For tennis it goes further: native FFT ranking across all tiers, licence tracking, live match stats (aces, winners, break points), youth red/orange/green/yellow ball progression, interclub teams, surface preference.

FFT ranking — natively integrated

In France, the FFT ranking is not a free-text field like in most generic tools. Paak integrates the 22 lexical tiers and the numeric series as published by the French Tennis Federation. You select the ranking from the licensee profile; Paak keeps a history of the two yearly updates (March and September).

Why it matters: a tennis club with 500 licensees is 500 rankings to keep up to date, twice a year, by series, by age. What takes an afternoon in Excel takes two minutes in Paak — and the selected rank is never a typo "15/6" that does not exist.

Youth progression — FFT ball categories

The four official FFT pedagogical categories are integrated as a profile field on each youth licensee. Progression from red ball through to yellow follows the child until entry into traditional competition.

Redages 5-8
Orangeages 8-10
Greenages 9-11
Yellowages 12+

Live match statistics

During the match, + and − buttons adjust each player's stats from your phone — court-side, no post-match data entry. Stats flow back to the licensee profile after the match.

Calculated metrics

Ace rate

Ace percentage relative to service points played. Key indicator of serve power.

1st serve win %

Percentage of points won when the first serve is in. Measures serve effectiveness.

Break point conversion

Percentage of break points converted into a won game. Separates opportunists from missed chances.

Surface record

Wins and losses by surface (clay, hard, grass, indoor). Useful to target training.

Match format: best of 3 or best of 5 sets depending on the tournament, tiebreak at 6-6, super-tiebreak possible in some formats. All configurable at match creation time.

Paak and ADOC — complementary, not competing

ADOC is the FFT's free federal tool for licence and ranking management — you keep it. Paak does not try to replace it. What the FFT does well (licences, tournament sanctioning, official ranking), ADOC handles. What ADOC handles poorly or not at all, Paak covers.

Stays in ADOC

FFT licence, official ranking, tournament sanctioning, Ten'Up reservations, federal filings.

What Paak adds

Multi-sport (tennis + padel + squash + fitness), Mollie payments, non-FFT safeguarding compliance, live performance, communications, non-court scheduling, volunteers, sponsors.

CSV bridge: export the licensee list from ADOC (ranking included), import into Paak. Profiles are enriched without double entry. There is no official FFT API — we stay honest about that: CSV is the path.

FFT club compliance

Tennis, on top of everything Paak already does

All of the above — FFT ranking, licence, stats, profile, interclubs — sits on top of the full club management platform. Members, subscriptions, courts, committee: Paak already handles all that.

Frequently asked questions

Does Paak support the FFT ranking system?

Yes. The 22 lexical tiers (NC to −15) and the numeric series (−30, N1 to N300+) are built in as a picklist on every licensee profile. Paak keeps the history of the two yearly updates (March and September).

Are the FFT youth ball categories (red, orange, green, yellow) supported?

Yes. The four official pedagogical categories (ages 5-8 red, 8-10 orange, 9-11 green, 12+ yellow) sit in the youth licensee profile with progression over time.

Does Paak track interclub matches and live stats?

Individual match stats (aces, double faults, winners, unforced errors, break points, net points) are captured live during the match and flow back to the licensee profile after the tie. The dedicated interclub entity (shared singles + doubles match sheet, per-season history, promotion/relegation) is in active development for Q2 2026 (SPORT-TENNIS-INTERCLUBS). Today, team line-up composition, convocations, and result entry are operational.

Does Paak replace ADOC?

No, and it is not the goal. ADOC is the FFT's free federal tool for licences and official ranking — you keep it. Paak is complementary: multi-sport, Mollie payments, non-FFT safeguarding, live performance, communications. The bridge between the two is a CSV import (ADOC export → Paak import). There is no public FFT API — we stay honest about that.

Is Paak a fit for FFT-affiliated clubs?

Yes, alongside ADOC. Paak handles the FFT licence (number, validity, medical certificate), staff safeguarding compliance (French law 8 March 2024), subscriptions, teams entered in the championship, class scheduling and sanctioned tournaments.

What about padel?

Padel is an FFT-governed discipline. Paak will add it as a dedicated discipline on the roadmap (20×10 court, P25-P2000 padel ranking, always doubles). Today a multi-activity club can already manage its padel members in Paak — dedicated scoring is coming.
