Install the app

1. On your phone, open Google Play and install Paak. The quickest way: tap the button below from your phone.
2. Open the app and sign in with your club’s account, the same one as on paak.club.
3. Allow notifications: about 30 minutes before each session, your phone tells you attendance is ready.

The app runs on Android phones and tablets. At the bottom of the screen, five tabs: Home, Sessions, Contacts, Training and Menu. You find there what you do on paak.club.

Take attendance

1. On the Home tab, the next session sits at the top. Tap "Take attendance".
2. For each person, tap Present, Absent or Excused. The counter at the top says how many are left.
3. Someone is there without being on the list? Tap "+ Add a person": search a club member, or create the record of someone who comes for the first time.
4. Tap "Finish attendance".

Without a connection

In a sports hall with no signal, take attendance as usual. Next to each name, the app says where the record stands:

• "✓ synced": the club has received it.
• "⏳ pending": it is kept on the phone. It goes out by itself when the connection is back.

Track a match live

With Paak Pro, when the next session is a match, the Home tab offers "Track the match live" ("Track the bout live" for a combat sport). You keep the score, the clock and each player’s actions from the bench, on the scoreboard of your sport. Tracking also works without a connection.
