Paak is configured in depth for about fifteen countries — but a club from anywhere
else (Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Canada…) can sign up too. Choose
"Other — my country isn't listed" at signup: you get the whole platform,
priced in euros, and no other country's rules are applied to your club.
How to sign up
- Create your account on paak.club like any club (see Create your account).
- In the setup form, open the Country selector and pick the last option: "Other — my country isn't listed".
- Finish setup as normal — club name, main sport. Your dashboard opens.
What you get (and don't)
- The whole platform: members, teams, attendance, sessions, fee tracking, communication, club accounting, a public club page.
- Pricing in euros — free up to 100 members, then Paak One (€29/month) and Paak Pro (€99/month).
- No other country's compliance rules: no French honorabilité tracking, no Belgian criminal-record extract, no imposed medical certificate. If your local federation requires a document, you can track it as a custom qualification with its own expiry dates.
- No federation registry: the federation picker stays empty — that's expected; we haven't catalogued your country's federations yet.
- Online collection: our payment partner Mollie opens merchant accounts for clubs registered in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK. If your club is registered there, connect Mollie as normal; otherwise Paak tracks dues (who paid, who's late, reminders) and you collect the way you already do.
Think your country deserves full support? Tell us at contact@paak.club — real requests decide which countries we configure in depth next.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my country later?
Yes. In Settings → Organization, the country selector stays editable. If we add your country one day, just select it to activate its specifics (federations, local rules).
Which currency am I billed in?
In euros. Invoices carry no Swiss VAT (exported service); your club applies its own local tax regime.
Where is my data hosted?
In Europe (OVHcloud, France), with European providers throughout: Hanko (authentication, Germany), Mollie (payments, Netherlands), Brevo (email, France).
