Q: Do I have to tick the box to use Paak?

Yes, when you create the club. The box accepting the Terms of Service is required, and it is never ticked in advance. The Terms cover the whole service; the reference on paak.club is one section of them (11.1), which the sentence under the box reminds you of, and which you can switch off afterwards in the settings.

Q: Will my club be shown as soon as I sign up?

No. You authorise Paak to show your club; Paak chooses, club by club, which clubs it shows and on which pages, and only clubs that really use the service. You can withdraw your authorisation at any time.

When you create your club, you tick the box that accepts Paak's Terms of Service. They let Paak show your club's name and logo on paak.club, to say your club uses Paak. Nothing else, nowhere else, and you can revoke it whenever you like.

What you accept

Your club's name and logo, shown on the paak.club website only.
For one reason: to say your club uses Paak.
Only clubs that really use Paak. Paak does not show a club that signed up and never used the service.

You can see and change this permission at any time in Settings → Branding, under the club logo: the switch "Paak may show my club's name and logo on paak.club". It is reserved for the club's administrator.

The exact wording is section 11.1 of the Terms of Service. When the club is created, Paak records the date you ticked the box and the version of the Terms you accepted.

What it does not mean

No presentations, no communications, no social media. Your club's name and logo are used for nothing but this reference on paak.club.
No partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Paak does not say your club recommends Paak to others, and does not speak on its behalf.
Not an obligation for Paak. The authorisation lets Paak show your club; it does not oblige Paak to.
Nothing about your members. This is the club's name and logo, not your members' data. That is described in the privacy policy.

Taking it back

In Paak, open Settings → Branding and untick "Paak may show my club's name and logo on paak.club". You can also write to contact@paak.club. No reason is needed.
Paak removes your club's name and logo from the site within a reasonable time, and no later than the next update of the site.

If you change your mind, tick the setting again: Paak does not show your club again by itself, it chooses the pages again.

The authorisation also ends by itself when your account is closed.

Clubs created before 18 October 2026

These clubs did not tick this box when they signed up: it did not exist yet. For them the setting is off: nothing is shown until the club's administrator turns it on in Settings → Branding, or has agreed in writing (an email to contact@paak.club is enough). The administrator sees one message, which can be closed, explaining what changed.
