You should not manage your club alone. Invite your board (treasurer, secretary, coaches) to share the workload.
Send an invitation
- Go to Settings (sidebar, "Management" section) then Access & collaborators.
- Click "Invite a colleague".
- Enter the person's email address and choose their role:
- Staff: daily operations: contacts, teams, sessions, attendance, qualifications.
- Club Admin: everything Staff can do, plus payments, settings, newsletters and sponsorships.
- The person receives an invitation email with a link to join your club.
Important. Pending invitations count against your seat quota. With 3 seats (Free) and 2 active users + 1 pending invite, you can't send a fourth until the pending one is accepted or cancelled.
FAQ
How many people can I invite?
Total users (active + pending invitations) by plan:
- Free: 3 seats.
- Paak One: 5 seats (+3 €/extra seat/month).
- Paak Pro: 10 seats (+5 €/extra seat/month).
Can I change someone's role later?
Yes, from Settings → Access & collaborators. Only restriction: at least one Club Admin must always remain; Paak prevents removing the last admin.
The invitation expired, what now?
Invitations expire after 7 days. Resend from "Pending Invitations" on the Access & collaborators page.
