In Paak, your members are managed under the Contacts section. Each contact can have a profile, memberships, qualifications and belong to one or more teams.
Add a member manually
- In the sidebar, click Contacts.
- Click the "+ New Member" button at the top of the list.
- Enter at least the first name and last name. Email and phone are optional but recommended for convocations.
- Choose the contact type: Athlete, Coach, Parent, Volunteer or Other.
- The member is immediately visible in your contacts list.

If you already have a list in a spreadsheet, importing is faster. See the Import data guide.
FAQ
Does the member receive an email automatically?
No. Adding a contact does not trigger an email. To invite someone as a Paak user (staff or admin), go to Settings → Team → Invite.
How many members can I add?
100 on Free, 500 on Paak One, unlimited on Paak Pro.
Contact vs. User — what's the difference?
A contact is a club member (athlete, parent, volunteer). A user is someone who logs into Paak to manage the club. A user is always linked to a contact, but not vice versa.
