Add members

In Paak, your members are managed under the Contacts section. Each contact can have a profile, memberships, qualifications and belong to one or more teams.

Add a member manually

  1. In the sidebar, click Contacts.
  2. Click the "+ New Member" button at the top of the list.
  3. Enter at least the first name and last name. Email and phone are optional but recommended for convocations.
  4. Choose the contact type: Athlete, Coach, Parent, Volunteer or Other.
  5. The member is immediately visible in your contacts list.

Have a lot of members?

If you already have a list in a spreadsheet, importing is faster. See the Import data guide.

FAQ

Does the member receive an email automatically?
No. Adding a contact does not trigger an email. To invite someone as a Paak user (staff or admin), go to Settings → Team → Invite.
How many members can I add?
100 on Free, 500 on Paak One, unlimited on Paak Pro.
Contact vs. User — what's the difference?
A contact is a club member (athlete, parent, volunteer). A user is someone who logs into Paak to manage the club. A user is always linked to a contact, but not vice versa.
