Back to season in three links
Registration day, first training, parents asking “how do we sign up?” — it all lands at once. In Paak you only have three things to share, and they already exist in your account:
- Your sign-up link (Settings → Registration link) — on a poster, in an email, on your website. People fill in the form, pick their membership, and land in your list with nothing to re-type. Families register in one go.
- Your public club page — logo, teams, venues, fees, a sign-up button. It builds itself from what you already entered; you tick the sections to show.
- Your waiver, signed online — paste the text your club already uses; every member signs it at registration and you keep a dated, sealed record.

And online payment is now open to every club, with no prior verification: connect your Mollie account in a few minutes and the fee is paid at sign-up. Fees, no surprises: on the Free plan 1.2% capped at €2.50 per payment; 0% from Paak One (Mollie’s own fees apply on top). Mollie serves clubs based in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK — everywhere else, bank transfer and cash work just as well, in one go or in instalments: your bank details go into the emails with a unique reference per member.
And soon, monthly fees debited automatically. You asked for it. You pick the club’s debit day (1st to 28th); the member authorises the debit once (IBAN or card) and their fee is collected every month until the end of the season — annual plans can also be paid in instalments. Every plan, for clubs on Mollie. It lands in Paak in the next few days: you will see it under Settings → Payments (Mollie will ask you to reconnect your account, once).
Link, public page and waiver: included in every plan, Free too.

Paak now takes you by the hand
You told us: you don’t want to go looking. Over the past few days, every dashboard page explains itself:
- a Help button, top right on every page, that opens the help article for that exact screen, replays the guided tour, or lets you write to us;
- guided tours, 3 to 5 steps, on the dashboard, settings, club identity, payments, registration link, contacts, memberships and sessions — once, then whenever you like;
- a “what is this page for” card on your first visit, closed in one click;
- tooltips next to every option that deserves an explanation — in plain words, not jargon;
- and the Settings page tells you where you stand, setting by setting: “Done”, “Not set up”, “Paak default in use”.
And the Branding page finally says where your logo and colour appear: public page, sign-up form, member portal, every email. The logo is included everywhere, on every plan.
To replay a tour: Help → “Show me around this page”.

Tip of the month
Before the first session: your coaches, then your roster
September is also licence and background-check season for the people who supervise your members. Record them under Qualifications: Paak warns you before each expiry and shows what is missing — it informs, it never blocks a coach. Who the obligation covers, in plain words.
Roster still in a spreadsheet? Import it (Contacts → Import): download the template, paste your rows, and positions, belts and weight categories come along. The import guide.

One price for every club
Since August there is no “association rate” to justify: the same price for everyone. Paak One, €29 a month, is what runs the season for you: automatic reminders for unpaid fees, emails in your club colours, 0% commission on online payment, volunteer slots, up to 500 members. Try it on your real season start: 14 days, no card.
14 days, no card. One trial per plan. The Free plan stays free, up to 100 members.

Also this month
| The CSV import knows your sport: positions, belts and weight categories are saved, and the template comes in your language. | | Coach’s corner, basketball: sourced, free training guides with diagrams — see the guides. | | Your country isn’t in the list? The “Other country” option now exists at sign-up and under Settings → Profile. | | Your members have their own space: invite them all in one click (Contacts → select → “Invite to portal”) — calendar and fees, now on every plan. How it works. | | Boxing joins Paak: round-by-round bout tracking under your federation’s rules, weight classes per federation, and a boxing Coach’s corner — see the guides. | | Combat sports: a bout’s opponent can be a club member (in-house sparring), and the athlete profile now keeps bouts and kata / poomsae apart — the record counts bouts only. | | Karate, judo and martial-arts clubs: the belt grading is prepared and recorded in a dedicated session — how it works. |

Refer a club, earn up to 2 months of its subscription
Know a club still struggling with a spreadsheet? Share your link (Subscription → Referral): its first month is free on the plan it picks, and once it has paid 3 months, you receive the equivalent of 2 months of its subscription, as free days on yours (as months of Paak One if you are on Free). My referral link.
The credit is worth 2 months of the referred club’s subscription, never more than two thirds of what it paid, capped at 12 months of your plan per year. The team applies it as free days on your subscription.
