Your coaches' paperwork, in one place
September is licence and background-check season for the people who supervise your members, volunteers included. The rules differ from country to country, but the club-side job is the same everywhere: know who supervises, and keep licences and certificates up to date.
In Paak, it all lives in one place:
- under Qualifications, each coach has their licence, diplomas and checks together on one card;
- Paak warns you before each expiry and shows what is missing;
- it informs, it never blocks a coach: you decide;
- volunteer access is scoped by role, not opened wide.

New The QR code of your sign-up link. Under Settings → Registration link, download the QR code and put it on a poster, a flyer, the entrance screen or the gym board. People scan it and land on your form. Try this one: it leads to paak.club.

Quick actions. On a team, a payment or the dashboard, the shortcuts at the top of the page do in one click what you used to dig for in the menus.

Quick filters. On your lists (contacts, sessions, match sheets), one click on a tag isolates the sub-group you care about.
|

Communication with your members (One and Pro plans). In the Newsletters menu, write a news item and send it to your members from Paak, in your club colours, without copying addresses one by one.

What Paak sends. Under Settings → Automations, see the reminders sent over the last 30 days (unpaid fees, certificates, dues), tune their intensity, or pause a member. Nothing goes out behind your back.

| You asked for it: the Paak mobile app is coming, on Android then iOS. The same Paak, in your pocket: roll call and attendance at the session, live match tracking even without network, and club reminders as notifications. We will tell you here the moment it is available. |

Tip of the month
The monthly fee, debited automatically: it is live
We told you it was coming: it is live, for clubs collecting their fees with Paak. Under Settings → Payments you pick the club's debit day (1st to 28th), the member authorises the debit once (IBAN or card), and their fee is collected every month until the end of the season. Annual plans can also be paid in instalments. Every plan. (Mollie will ask you to reconnect your account, once.)

| Your training groups on your public page. People ask to join a group, you or the coach approve the request, with a capacity and a waiting list. |
| The bell. Club events (new sign-ups, group requests, unpaid fees) now land in the bell, top right of the dashboard. |
| Session times now show in your club's time zone, wherever it is. |
| Session cards. Sell a prepaid card of several sessions: the count goes down by itself at each attendance. |
