Prepare the new season now, collect in September

“What’s changing in Paak, explained simply — for the people who keep the club running.”

Prepare the new season now, collect in September

July is the right moment: the gym is empty, and that’s when next season gets prepared in peace. In Paak, the season rollover does the heavy lifting in a few minutes. From your current season, open “Prepare next season” and choose what to carry over:

  • the next season is created automatically, empty and ready;
  • your teams move up one bracket — teams are permanent, only their age bracket advances (the U13 stays the U13);
  • Paak shows you the handful of members changing teams this year — you confirm at a glance;
  • every membership renewal is drafted — nothing is sent until you decide;
  • your weekly training schedule is recreated for the whole season, slot by slot — and you build each session with the roster you actually have.

When everything is ready, a single checkbox activates the new season for the whole club. Tick it the day you really want to switch — not before.

Included in Paak One and Paak Pro.

Not on Paak One yet? Do your rollover on a trial.

This is exactly the right moment to try. Start a free 14-day trial — no credit card —, do your rollover in peace, and keep Paak only if it saved you the evening. If it’s not for you, there is nothing to pay.

14 days, no card. One trial per plan.

The member portal: a personal space for every member, no account needed

A member’s portal: Planning, Payments, My club, Equipment, Documents, Profile and Privacy tabs, in the club’s colours

Since July, every member — or parent — has their own space in Paak. No account to create, no password to remember: a secure link received by email is enough.

In their space, your members:

  • see their schedule and reply attending / absent in one tap — they can even add sessions to their phone’s calendar;
  • find their membership fees and, if your club collects online, pay them directly — including a whole family’s fees in a single payment;
  • update their own email and phone number — your records stay current without chasing;
  • upload their medical certificate online: you validate it from your dashboard and the expiry date updates automatically (included in Paak One);
  • follow their progression (grades, belts, licences, attendance), sign up for volunteer slots in one tap and read the club news.

What the rollover prepares in July, your members experience in September — without a single paper form.

The member portal is included in the free plan.

Tip of the month

Prepare in July, send the renewals in August

The rollover drafts all your renewals but sends nothing. Use the summer to set everything up quietly; launch the renewal requests when you’re ready to open the season — with a Mollie payment link, a bank transfer with a unique reference, or a simple reminder, whichever your club uses. (Mollie is optional.)

Also this month

Your recurring tournaments, camps and clinics are carried over too — nothing to re-type.
One person, several roles: a coach who is also a parent, or a member who adds themselves as a player — one contact, zero duplicates.
Ice hockey joins the live match consoles: goals and assists counted as points, just like the score sheet. See the hockey console
Family discounts now also apply to online registrations on your public page — the price a family sees is the right one.

One question this month: When do you prepare your new season?

→ In June–July
→ In August
→ In the September rush

Reply directly to this email — we read everything. And if you’d like a hand with your first rollover, book a 15-minute video call.

September is won in July.

While the gym is empty, your 2026-27 season can already be ready in Paak.
