Why do it
A parent receiving a convocation, a new member signing up, a member opening their portal: each should recognise your club at a glance. Logo and colour make that difference in two minutes, and you set them once.
Set it up
- Go to Settings → Branding.
- Upload the club logo — square image, at least 256×256 px, PNG or JPG (a transparent background looks best in emails).
- Pick your main colour — the one on your jerseys or your logo. If it is very light, Paak warns you: white button text would become unreadable.
- The email preview at the bottom shows the real email your members receive, with your current logo and colour.
In the app, a Help button at the top of every page replays a short guided tour of that screen.
Where your logo and colour appear
The logo, in every plan:
- your public club page — and its preview when shared on WhatsApp or social networks;
- the sign-up form and its confirmation page;
- the member portal;
- every email Paak sends for you — convocations, session reminders, fee reminders, receipts, renewals;
- the header of your own dashboard.
The main colour:
- public page, sign-up form and member portal — in every plan;
- emails to members — from Paak One. On the Free plan emails keep the Paak look, with your logo.
Your admin dashboard keeps the Paak interface: branding is about the identity your members see.
