Billing and invoices

Paak subscriptions are billed monthly via Mollie. Payment by card or SEPA direct debit.

What to know

  • Monthly billing — debited on the anniversary of your subscription.
  • Free trial — each paid plan (One and Pro) offers its own 14 days of trial. You can try both back-to-back — no debit before each trial ends.
  • No commitment — cancel any time from Settings.
  • Extra seats — billed per seat on your subscription's cycle: €3/seat/month (Paak One) or €5/seat/month (Paak Pro), i.e. ×12 on an annual plan (no annual discount on seats). Adding a seat mid-cycle is prorated to the rest of the current period, then it renews together with your subscription.
  • Currency & VAT — Swiss clubs are billed in CHF, Swiss VAT (8.1% MWST) included; clubs in euro countries are billed in with no VAT (service exported from Switzerland, reverse charge by the customer — art. 8 para. 1 LTVA). The price shown is the amount charged.

Cancel your subscription

  1. From Club Admin, open Settings.
  2. In the subscription section, click Cancel.
  3. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period, then switches to Free.

Your data is never deleted on switch to Free. If you exceed Free limits (100 members, 3 teams, 1 sport), you can't create new ones but existing data stays accessible.

FAQ

Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Each payment automatically triggers an invoice by email that serves as the official invoice — it shows the issuer (Emmara, CHE-309.503.616 VAT), the net amount, the VAT (for Swiss clubs) and the total. Your payments are also available in your Mollie dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card (Visa, Mastercard) and SEPA direct debit. More may be available by country.
What happens on payment failure?
Mollie retries automatically. After multiple failures, your subscription is suspended.
