FAQ
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Each paid plan (Paak One and Paak Pro) comes with its own 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can try both plans — start with One, switch to Pro (or the other way around), and each trial gets a fresh 14-day clock. The only rule: you cannot re-trial a plan you have already tested.
- Can I switch plans during a trial?
- Yes. If you are trialling Paak One and want to try Pro instead, switch from the pricing page. A new 14-day trial starts immediately on the new plan. After your trials, upgrades and downgrades are managed from Settings → Subscription.
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes. You can switch to a lower plan at any time from Settings → Subscription. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- Paak will notify you when you approach a limit. You will not lose any data, but you will need to upgrade or reduce usage to continue adding new records.
