Paak offers three plans. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card. Each paid plan offers 14 days of trial; you can try both back-to-back.

Features per plan
- Member management + emergency protocols: all 3 plans, including Free.
- Online payments (Mollie): on all 3 plans. On Free, a 1.2% fee capped at €2.50 per payment; no Paak fee on Paak One and Paak Pro.
- Payment reminders + email automation + background checks: Paak One and Paak Pro.
- Newsletter: on all 3 plans in plain text, to all members or to one team. Paak One sends it in your club's colours; Paak Pro adds the rich editor, images, templates and statistics. What changes with the plan is the number of emails per month (table above).
- Equipment + handouts, member documents, accounting journal, season rollover: Paak One and Paak Pro.
- Live match tracking, advanced per-player statistics, AGM reports, bulk emails & renewals: Paak Pro only. (Bulk invites to the member portal are included on every plan.)
How to choose
- Starting out or under 100 members → Free. No credit card required.
- Want to automate reminders and collect with no Paak fee → Paak One. 14-day trial.
- Live match tracking and the per-player statistics that come from it → Paak Pro.
