Club referral programme

Recommend Paak to a club you know: their first month is free on the plan they choose, and once they have paid 3 months you receive the equivalent of 2 months of their plan — as free days on yours.

How it works

  1. Share your referral link with a club you know — or simply ask them to name you at signup.
  2. The club signs up through your link, or fills in the "Recommended by a club?" field on the signup form. Their first month is free on the plan they choose (30 days added to their first paid period).
  3. Once they have paid 3 months, you receive the equivalent of 2 months of their plan: free days on your own subscription, valued at your own plan's price.

In practice, if the referred club picks Paak One, your credit is worth €58 (2 × €29); if it picks Paak Pro, €198 (2 × €99). A club on Paak One therefore gets 2 free months for a One referral and almost 7 months for a Pro referral; a club on Paak Pro gets 18 days for a One referral and 2 months for a Pro referral. Clubs on the Free plan can refer too: their credit becomes free months of Paak One (2 months for a One referral, 6 for a Pro referral) — a chance to try the higher tier at no cost. The Referral card in your dashboard shows your exact figures, in your currency.

  1. In the Subscription menu of your dashboard, find the "Refer a club, earn up to 2 months of its subscription" card.
  2. Click Copy the link and share it. For the club signing up through it, the "Recommended by" field is prefilled with your club's name.

The link uses your public page's address. If the card shows no link, activate your public page in Settings → Member sign-up — or ask the club to name you in the "Recommended by a club?" field at signup: the effect is the same.

The rules

  • Referred club — their first month is free, on the plan they choose (monthly or annual).
  • Referring club — the equivalent of 2 months of the referred club's plan (annual plan: 2 twelfths of the yearly price), once it has paid 3 months — and never more than two thirds of what it actually paid. The credit is converted into free days on your own subscription; Free clubs: into months of Paak One.
  • Cap — at most 12 months of your plan per club per year.
  • Application — the credit is applied by the Paak team, in your currency; nothing to do on your side. Extra admin seats are not covered.
  • Exclusions — clubs run by the same officers, and clubs brought by a federation or a public body (that is a partnership, not a referral).

FAQ

Does the club have to use my link?
No. The link merely prefills the field. The club can also type your club's name into "Recommended by a club?" when signing up — the referral is recorded the same way.
When do I receive my credit?
Once the referred club has paid 3 months (its free month doesn't count), and no earlier than 90 days after its first payment. The Paak team then adds the free days to your subscription: your next charge moves back by as much — you don't need to do anything.
Why does the credit depend on the referred club's plan, not mine?
Because that club funds the gift: the credit is always taken from what the referred club has already paid. That is what lets us offer it to every club whatever its plan — and be more generous when you bring a club that picks Paak Pro.
My club is on the Free plan — can I refer?
Yes. A Free club that refers receives its credit as free months of Paak One (2 months for a Paak One referral, 6 months for a Paak Pro referral). The credit stays available for 12 months.
