The Payments page centralises every membership payment. You see real-time status, synchronised with Mollie automatically.
View payments
- From Club Admin, click Payments.
- The list shows each payment with its status (paid, pending, failed, refunded).
- Click a payment to open the detail: member info, amount, date, method.
Available actions
- Refund — full refund via Mollie.
- Retry payment — resend a link for a failed payment.
- Send payment link — for memberships not yet paid.

Does the status update automatically?
Yes, Mollie webhooks notify Paak in real time.
Can I record a cash or cheque payment?
Yes, record manual payments directly from the membership detail.
Where do I see fee details?
Mollie fees: in your Mollie dashboard. Paak commission (0.82%): visible in Payments.
