You invite it
You send an invitation to the club's address. Clubs already on Paak can also choose to share with you from their settings.
Paak is the management software of your affiliated clubs. When a club chooses to share its figures with you, you see its licensed members, its checked coaches and how it keeps its accounts, as totals, with no names. Your federation's own system stays in place: Paak adds to it.
Free for the federation · Hosted in France · The club decides to share, and can stop at any time
A sample federation, with made-up clubs and names.
An overview when you open Paak, then one screen per subject. The same screens open on a phone.
The total, the share of women and girls, age bands, sports, club by club. Clubs entered by hand add to the total, and the screen says what each figure counts.
The clubs on Paak that share with you, the ones you follow by hand, and the invitations you sent.
Which clubs keep their accounts in Paak and have adopted a budget, and how the territory's income breaks down.
Coach checks have their own screen in the countries where Paak follows one: France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, Italy and Portugal. A view by département is added in France.
You send an invitation to the club's address. Clubs already on Paak can also choose to share with you from their settings.
By accepting, the club creates its account and shares its figures with your federation. If it no longer wants to, it stops from its settings.
Its members and coaches count in your totals. If you had entered its figures by hand, they are linked to its account.
For clubs not yet on Paak, you enter their figures by hand: they count in your totals, marked as manually entered. And to write to them, Paak's newsletter reaches the leaders of the clubs that share with you.
The federation sees numbers and percentages, never a member's name.
A figure about fewer than 5 people never appears on its own, so no one can be recognised.
The club chooses to share and can stop. Each member can object to being counted (GDPR, article 21).
Each club picks its own Paak plan and can start on the free plan. The federation pays nothing to see its clubs.

Paak keeps a register of the federations of each country where it is available, with their sports and, where known, the format of their licence numbers. Your clubs pick their federation there, when they create their account or later in their settings.
