Physical preparation and injury prevention
For every sport in the club: 13 field tests to follow each athlete's fitness, and what research really says about injury prevention. Benchmarks for a club, not a lab.
Sport is first about fun, inclusion and personal growth: everyone has a place, and everyone gains confidence. Performance is only part of the story. These tests show each athlete's progress against their own past results, never to rank anyone or leave anyone out.
Field tests
13 common tests (shuttle run, sprint, jumps, agility, Yo-Yo…) with their protocol, their layout on the ground, what to record and what is offered at each age.

Where prevention warm-ups have proven themselves, where trials found nothing or do not exist, and why doing it regularly matters more than the programme.

ACL injuries and warm-ups studied in female players, the menstrual cycle, puberty, breast support, running after childbirth: what is established.

Each Coach Corner guide has its own page: the injuries typical of the sport, load, prevention.
Tests and prevention, inside your team's sessions
Switch the module on for the teams you choose: a « Test day » session puts the tests in the published order and prints the field sheet, results are entered on a phone, and you follow each athlete against their own results. Prevention warm-ups show their evidence level and weekly dose.
An option, team by team: nothing changes for the others.
