The bell: what rings it
The red badge counts what you have not seen yet. Open the bell to read the news; closing it marks everything as read. "View all" opens the full page, with an "unread only" filter and the history. The cross deletes a notification.
Two audiences. Everyone: every person with dashboard access, administrators and invited coaches. Administrators: the club's administrators only, for everything about money and your Paak subscription.

What no longer goes by email
These moments go through the bell only, because you just did the action yourself in Paak:
- your trial starts;
- you reactivate your subscription, schedule or cancel a plan change, add seats;
- you connect Mollie;
- your association is verified.
Cancellation, the invoice, a rejected verification and everything about your members still arrive by email.
Tune and follow
- Settings → Automations: choose the reminder intensity (Gentle, Standard, Firm), switch an automation off, or pause the reminders for one member.
- Activity: "What Paak sends" lists, over 30 days, every email that went out in your club's name.
- The bell: open it, read, close it. "View all" keeps the history.
