Send a newsletter

Newsletters let you send announcements to all members or a specific team, on every plan. What changes with the plan is the number of emails per month: 50 on Free, 300 on Paak One, 5,000 on Paak Pro.

Step by step

  1. In the menu, section Management, click Newsletters.
  2. Click "New Newsletter".
  3. Fill in the subject (e.g. "Training schedule update").
  4. Write your content: plain text (Free and Paak One) or rich editor (Paak Pro).
  5. Pick recipients: "All members" or filter "By team".
  6. Click "Preview" then "Send now", or schedule it for later.

Images and formatting (Paak Pro)

On Paak Pro, the TipTap rich editor lets you insert images directly. Drag and drop or click to upload. Advanced formatting: headings, lists, links, bold.

  • Email consent is enabled automatically for every new contact.
  • Members can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each newsletter, handled by Brevo.
  • You can edit consent manually from the contact profile.

FAQ

How many emails per month?
Free: 50/month. Paak One: 300/month. Paak Pro: 5,000/month. This number is shared between newsletters and emails sent to a member individually (from their profile). The count starts again on the 1st. If a newsletter would go to more people than you have emails left, Paak tells you before the send: pick one team, wait for the 1st of the month, or move to the next plan.
Can I personalise with the member's first name?
Yes, use the merge fields offered when writing.
Can I schedule sending?
Yes, on every plan. Choose "Schedule for later", pick the date and time, then confirm. If the newsletter cannot go out at the planned time (not enough emails left this month, no recipient), it goes back to your drafts and the bell tells you.
My club was just created: can I write to my members right away?
A club created less than 48 hours ago cannot email its members yet, newsletters included. It protects members against fraudulent messages sent from fake clubs. The wait ends as soon as a first online payment is collected.
