Match call-ups

Call-ups notify team members before a training session or match. The email includes date, time, location (OpenStreetMap link) and a confirmation button.

Step by step

  1. From the Operations menu, click Sessions and open the session.
  2. On the "Roster" tab, click "Load squad" and pick the team.
  3. Click "Send call-ups" — each member receives an email.
  4. Responses appear live: Confirmed, Excused, or pending (Invited).

On the day

Use the "Roster" tab to mark attendance: Present or Absent. The "Mark all" button validates the whole squad in one click.

Can I resend a call-up?
Yes, click "Resend" next to a member's name.
How do I report an incident during the session?
On the Roster tab, click "Report incident".
Where is the session located?
The call-up email includes an OpenStreetMap link.
