Manage sponsors and perks

Add a sponsor

1. From Club Admin, click Sponsorships.
2. Click "Add a sponsor".
3. Fill in:

   • Sponsor name (legal name).
   • Referent contact (person, email, phone).
   • Annual contribution amount.
   • Contract period (start date, end date).
4. The sponsor appears in the list with status (Active, Expired, or Up for renewal in the final 60 days).

Perks (counterparts)

Each sponsor can be linked to multiple perks — what you offer in exchange. Typical examples:

• Logo on jersey (with precise placement: chest, sleeve, back).
• Mention in the monthly or quarterly newsletter.
• Sign in the gym or stadium.
• Presence on the club's site and public page.
• Invitations to a tournament or event.

For each perk, Paak tracks the status: to deliver, in progress, delivered. Useful to not forget the sign at the 4th match of the season.

Tracking and report

• Sponsorship dashboard — total season contributions, expired contracts to renew, perks pending delivery.
• End-of-season report — exportable as PDF or CSV, to send to the sponsor as evidence of the delivered perks (newsletter mentions, photos of the sign, visibility statistics).
• Patronage receipts — if your club is eligible for corporate patronage (French intérêt général associations), Paak generates the CERFA 11580*04 for the sponsor's tax deduction.
