Sponsors are an essential revenue source for a club. Paak tracks them by name, with their perks, deadlines, and tracking of contributions and counterparts.
Add a sponsor
- From Management, click Sponsorships.
- Click "New Sponsorship".
- Fill in:
- Sponsor Name.
- Contact Name and Contact Email.
- Amount, and a Tier if you use them.
- Start Date and End Date.
- The sponsor appears in the list with its pipeline status (Prospect, Proposal, Negotiation, Active, Closed Won, Lost, Cancelled).
Perks (counterparts)
Each sponsor can be linked to multiple perks (what you offer in exchange). Typical examples:
- Logo on jersey (with precise placement: chest, sleeve, back).
- Mention in the monthly or quarterly newsletter.
- Sign in the gym or stadium.
- Presence on the club's site and public page.
- Invitations to a tournament or event.
For each perk, Paak tracks the status: pending or delivered ("Mark as delivered"). Useful to not forget the sign at the 4th match of the season.
Tracking and report
- Sponsorship dashboard: total season contributions, expired contracts to renew, perks pending delivery.
- Counterpart tracking: the Sponsorship dashboard shows total contributions, contract status, and counterpart delivery progress.
- Patronage: if your club is eligible for corporate patronage (French intérêt général associations), the sponsor can claim a 60% tax reduction via a CERFA 11580*04 receipt, issued by the club.

Sponsorship vs patronage: what's the difference?
Sponsorship: commercial counterpart (sponsor visibility). The club invoices a service, subject to VAT and corporate tax.
Patronage (mécénat, France): gift with no counterpart or symbolic counterpart (under 25% of the gift). The sponsor gets a 60% tax reduction (CERFA 11580*04).
Paak records the contract either way; note its nature in the sponsorship's notes. The receipt itself is the club's paperwork, outside Paak.

How many sponsors can I track?
No Paak-side limit. Sponsorship management is included from Paak One; Paak Pro adds the advanced sponsorship tools.
Does sponsor payment go through Mollie?
The initial sponsor payment (bank transfer or cheque outside the platform) stays outside Mollie. To collect a sponsor by card, create a service in Payments and send them the link.
