Sonderprivatauszug & Ethik-Charta — tracked for you.
Switzerland has no direct equivalent to France's 8 March 2024 law. Swiss Olympic recommends the Sonderprivatauszug (special criminal-record extract) for any coach in regular contact with minors, alongside the Swiss Olympic Ethik-Charta and Jugend+Sport (J+S) requirements. Paak documents and tracks each coach's status and alerts you before expiry — with an audit log.
- Per-coach tracking — valid / expiring soon / expired
- Automatic reminders before every expiry
- Audit log of Sonderprivatauszug + Ethik-Charta status
- Federation licences on the same profile — FADP-compatible hosting

Drop your Excel. Paak recognises the columns.
Club name, canton, regional federation — your space is ready in a few minutes. Import your members with their Swiss Athletics licences, their favourite events, their current bests. Visual validation before import.
- CSV / Excel — automatic column detection
- Visual validation before import — you see every row
- Households and parent-child links inferred

Run, jump, throw: the young athlete's progression.
Swiss Athletics' major youth series — the UBS Kids Cup (run / jump / throw, ages 7-15, Switzerland's largest youth sports project), Visana Sprint (a sprint series, ages 7-15) and the Mille Gruyère (youth running 600m / 1000m) — engage around 225'000 children per season. Paak tracks each child's participation and best performances across these series, on the same profile as their events.
As they grow, the young athlete moves on to events ranked by discipline and category (the Swiss Athletics Bestenlisten). The main events (sprints, distance, jumps, throws, combined) stay visible on the same profile — the coach keeps the whole trajectory from child to adult.
"I was lucky enough to learn rugby at the Stade Français school — a large omnisport club, right in the heart of Paris, where volunteers kept the machine running. Most amateur clubs don't have that structure behind them. Paak exists for the others: the same tools, whatever the size of the club."
Frequently asked questions
Does Paak cover every athletics event?
Yes. Six disciplines are configured natively: sprints (60m–400m + hurdles + steeplechase), middle & long distance (800m–marathon), jumps (high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault), throws (shot put, discus, hammer, javelin), cross-country and combined events (decathlon, heptathlon). Each discipline has its own statistics and training. Multi-event athletes stay on a single profile.
How does Paak handle Swiss Athletics licences?
Each member carries their federation licence on their profile. The compliance dashboard alerts you before every expiry. Swiss Athletics is recognised in the Paak federation registry — your member imports can populate the affiliated club directly. A medical certificate is not mandatory at the Swiss federal level (it applies only to cadre / elite athletes).
What about an athlete who sprints AND long-jumps?
One profile, several disciplines. The athlete profile lists the events practised (21 events available in the picklist, from the 100m to the heptathlon). Personal bests are tracked per event. Family statistics (sprints vs jumps) stay distinct even when one athlete practises several.
Does Paak handle a Swiss Athletics ranking?
Swiss athletics has no alphanumeric ranking ladder like tennis. Swiss Athletics works with Bestenlisten (best-performance lists per discipline and category) and Wertungstabellen (scoring tables, e.g. the UBS Kids Cup). So Paak tracks performances and personal bests per event, not a ranking grade.
How much does Paak cost for a Swiss athletics club?
Free up to 100 members, with no time limit. Paak One at CHF 29/month and Paak Pro at CHF 99/month for larger clubs. Same price whatever the sport. Payments in CHF with TWINT, card and SEPA.
