The software that REALLY speaks Swiss table tennis
Paak already manages your members, CHF and TWINT payments, and teams. For Swiss Table Tennis, it goes further: integrated click-tt.ch ranking, ITTF format (sets to 11, best of 5/7), nuPortalRS API via OAuth 2.0. Unique DACH synergy — the same connector works for CH + DE + AT.
click-tt.ch + Paak — complementary, not competing
Swiss Table Tennis runs its own tools: click-tt.ch (powered by nu Datenautomaten, Austria) for championship management, official STT ranking, team registrations, and tournaments. You keep it. Paak does not try to replace it — we cover what click-tt doesn't: multi-sport, CHF/TWINT payments outside the licence, sponsors, tactical club scoring, individual performance, volunteers.
Stays in click-tt.ch
Championship entry (Nationalliga, regional leagues), official STT ranking (rating), tournament management, official results. Official STT tool, you keep it as is. Product suite: nuLiga (championship), nuVerband (federation administration), nuTurnier (tournaments).
What Paak adds
Multi-sport (a club TT + other sections has one platform), Mollie payments in CHF + TWINT outside the licence (local tournaments, camps, training courses, sponsors), tactical club scoring, individual performance, volunteers, training planning.
Technical bridge with click-tt
CSV import today from the click-tt export. Native connector on the nuPortalRS API (OAuth 2.0, federation-controlled, read access on competition / ranking / player data) on the CH-INT-NUPORTAL-TT roadmap.
What about ClubDesk?
ClubDesk (clubdesk.ch) is a click-tt partner with member sync. Paak differentiators: multi-sport, integrated Mollie/TWINT payments, nLPD-compatible OVHcloud-Roubaix hosting, DACH perspective. For a TT-only club happy with the ClubDesk sync, stay. For multi-sport or integrated payment needs, let's talk.
The DACH cross-country advantage — rare in association sport
One connector, three countries
click-tt is not a Swiss product: it is a DACH platform developed by nu Datenautomaten (Austria). Three federations use the same technology:
A single Paak connector on the nuPortalRS API unlocks the three markets simultaneously. For a Swiss club today, it's the guarantee that the integration roadmap won't be treated one-way. For Paak, it's leverage that justifies the DACH investment.
Auth model: OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials grant. No self-service API signup — credentials are granted by each federation. STT is the CH point of contact. The same scheme applies for DTTB (DE) and ÖTTV (AT).
Table tennis has its own rules (ITTF)
STT applies the ITTF rule set unchanged. Here are the four points a multi-sport software must know.
Sets to 11, best of 5 or 7
Match best-of-5 or best-of-7 depending on the competition (championship, tournament). Set to 11 points with a 2-point margin. Serve alternates every 2 points.
1v1 (singles) + 2v2 (doubles)
Primarily individual format, doubles also available. Typical championship match: singles rotation + one doubles. Paak handles both formats on Sessions and Rosters.
Equipment: bat, 40+ ball
Bat with double-sided rubber (regulated colours), 40mm plastic ball (since 2014). Paak tracks personal player equipment (rubber, sponsor) at the athlete profile.
STT ranking (rating)
Result-based ranking system, integrated in click-tt.ch. Paak tracks the current ranking at the player profile (manual update today; auto-sync via nuPortalRS on the roadmap).

Frequently asked questions
Does Paak handle the ITTF format (sets to 11)?
Yes. Sets to 11 points with a 2-point margin, match best-of-5 or best-of-7 depending on the competition. Categories U9, U11, U13, U15, U19, Senior attach automatically to the season.
Is the click-tt.ch ranking integrated?
Tracked at the player profile in Paak as a season-tracked field. Automatic synchronisation with click-tt.ch via the nuPortalRS API (OAuth 2.0, federation-controlled) — on the priority integration roadmap CH-INT-NUPORTAL-TT.
Does Paak replace click-tt.ch?
No. click-tt.ch (nu Datenautomaten) remains the official STT tool for championships and ranking. Paak is complementary: multi-sport, CHF/TWINT payments outside the licence, sponsors, tactical club scoring, individual performance. Bridge today: CSV import. Native nuPortalRS connector on the roadmap.
What is the DACH advantage of the nuPortalRS connector?
click-tt.ch (CH), click-tt.de (DE) and click-tt.at (AT) are developed by the same vendor (nu Datenautomaten) with the same nuPortalRS REST API. A single Paak connector unlocks the three markets simultaneously — rare leverage in association sport.
What about ClubDesk, the click-tt partner?
ClubDesk (clubdesk.ch) offers member sync with click-tt. Paak differentiators: multi-sport, integrated Mollie/TWINT payments, DACH perspective. For a TT-only club happy with the ClubDesk sync, stay. For multi-sport or integrated payment needs, let's talk.
Is a medical certificate required?
No, not at STT federation level. requiresMedicalCert is false for Switzerland. An individual club can locally require a certificate.
