The software for Swiss rugby

Paak already manages your members, CHF and TWINT payments, and teams. For the FSR, it goes further: XV + 7s formats, Front Row Passport DTN, 4 regional associations (ACGR, AVR, ARVS, NSRV). Complementary to SportLomo, never a substitute.

SportLomo + Paak — complementary

The FSR uses SportLomo (fsr.sportlomo.com, vendor SportLoMo Ltd Castlebar Ireland, same platform as Rugby Europe) for licences, championships, electronic team sheets, scoring. Mandatory. You keep it. Paak does not try to replace it.

Stays in SportLomo

Registrations, licences (by role: player, coach, referee, multiple role), championships (NLA-NLD, Excellence A, League 1, NLFA, NLFB), electronic team sheets, scoring via Game Management app. Licence approval before Wednesday 12:00 noon for the weekend. You keep it.

What Paak adds

Multi-sport (a rugby + other-section club, one platform), Mollie payments in CHF + TWINT outside the licence (dues, tournaments, camps, sponsors), parent communications, club accounting, individual performance, volunteers.

No public REST API

SportLomo offers iFrame embed-only feeds for club websites (scores/fixtures/standings), not a general API. Bridge to Paak today: CSV import.

Advantage: uniform market

All ~50 FSR clubs are on SportLomo. Uniform integration pattern — no fragmentation. Any future SportLomo integration would also scale across Rugby Europe (same vendor).

Swiss rugby specifics

XV + 7s dual-format

The FSR covers both formats with a dedicated 7s commission. The same clubs often field XV and 7s teams. Paak supports dual-format management on Sessions and Rosters.

Front Row Passport (CH-only)

Swiss rugby specifics: props and hookers (front row) must obtain a Front Row Passport issued by the DTN after technical tests with a qualified coach. CH override wired in code (Session 212 Commit 12). Paak tracks this credential.

Categories U6 to U20

Youth tournament circuit: U6, U8, U10, U12, U14. Youth national teams: U16, U18, U20 (boys), U18 (girls). In 2025/26, FSR created the first-ever U20 competitions for both boys and girls.

No federation medical certificate

The FSR uses the Swiss Olympic Medical Certificate template as recommended, not mandatory. requiresMedicalCert is false for Switzerland (Session 212 Commit 7). A club can locally require one.
