The software for Swiss Krav Maga schools
Paak already manages your practitioners, CHF and TWINT payments, and scheduling. For Swiss Krav Maga, it tackles the on-the-ground reality: no national federation, no centralised competition. P1-P5 / G1-G5 levels configurable, practitioner communications, multi-instructor. You're independent — Paak comes with you.
Krav Maga in Switzerland — a self-defence system, not a competition sport
No Swiss national Krav Maga federation exists. Krav Maga operates via chapters of international organisations (KMG Krav Maga Global, IKMF International Krav Maga Federation) or independent schools. KMS (Krav Maga Schweiz) dissolved its partnership with the SKF (karate) in November 2025. No Swiss Krav Maga organisation is a Swiss Olympic member. Important: Krav Maga is a self-defence system, not a competition sport in the traditional federation sense — no ranking tournaments, no centralised scoring, no federation IT to replace.
No federation IT
No Fairgate, no Sportdata, no Sports-ID on the Krav Maga side. No centralised mandatory registration. You start from zero with Paak.
No competition format
Krav Maga does not organise itself in ranking tournaments. Paak does not offer live tracker scoring for Krav Maga — the tracker archetype is not relevant. Full focus on school management.
Standalone school management
Paak is the only tool you need for school management. Membership, CHF/TWINT dues, communications, course scheduling, instructor performance, accounting.
Multi-organisation instructor tracking
Your instructors are typically certified by KMG, IKMF, or another international organisation. Paak tracks at the staff profile organisation + instructor level + certification expiration date.
Krav Maga specifics in Paak
P1-P5 / G1-G5 levels configurable
Some organisations (notably KMG) use the Practitioner P1-P5 then Graduate G1-G5 levels. Others have their own systems. Paak allows each school to configure its own level sequence without imposing a rigid structure.
No medical certificate enforced
Swiss norm, requiresMedicalCert: false in the SportUIConfig CH (Session 212 Commit 7). Each school can track its own medical validations and parental authorisations (youth practitioners) if relevant.
Multi-section (Krav + Self-Defence + Women)
Many Krav Maga schools also offer general self-defence classes, women-only classes, themed camps. Paak manages multiple sections under one platform and one subscription.
Instructor certification tracking
Certification field at the staff profile: organisation (KMG, IKMF, other) + level (Civilian Instructor, Civilian Instructor Senior, etc.) + expiration date. Paak reminds about upcoming expirations.
