Paak subscriptions are billed monthly via Mollie. Your payment is processed on the same day each month.
Payment methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- SEPA direct debit
- iDEAL, Bancontact and other local methods (depending on your country)
Manage your subscription
- Go to Settings → Subscription to view your current plan, next billing date and payment method
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
FAQ
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Subscription and click Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. No data is deleted.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing, contact us at contact@emmara.fr for a full refund.
- Do I get invoices?
- Yes. Invoices are generated automatically by Mollie and sent to the email address on your account after each payment.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
- Your data is preserved. However, if you exceed the Free plan limits (e.g. more than 100 members), you will not be able to add new records until you reduce usage or upgrade again.
