The Payments section gives you a real-time overview of all dues and transactions for your club.

View and filter payments

In the sidebar, click Payments to see the full list
Use the Filter options to narrow by status: Pending, Paid, Overdue or Cancelled
Click any payment to see its details: amount, member, due date, payment method and Mollie reference

On the Paak Pro plan, you can export your payment data for accounting purposes using the Export button at the top of the payments list.

When does a payment show as "Paid"?: As soon as Mollie confirms the transaction. Paak receives a webhook notification from Mollie and updates the status automatically — no manual action needed.
Can I record a cash or bank transfer payment?: Yes. You can manually mark a payment as paid from the payment detail page, regardless of the payment method used.
Can I send automatic reminders for overdue payments?: Yes, on Paak One and Paak Pro plans. Enable payment reminders in Settings → Payments to automatically notify members with outstanding dues.
