Send a Payment Link

Once Mollie is connected, you can send secure payment links to your members by email. The member pays online and the status updates automatically in Paak.

Step by step

  1. In the sidebar, click Payments
  2. Select a pending payment or create a new one by clicking "Add"
  3. On the payment detail page, click "Send Payment Link" — the member receives an email with a secure Mollie checkout link
  4. Once the member completes the payment, the status automatically updates to Paid in Paak

FAQ

What if the member does not pay?
The payment stays in "Pending" status. On Paak One and Paak Pro plans, you can enable automatic payment reminders to follow up.
Can I send links to multiple members at once?
Bulk payment operations are available on the Paak Pro plan. On other plans, send links individually.
How long is a payment link valid?
Payment links remain valid until the member pays or you cancel the payment manually.
