Invite Administrators

You should not manage your club alone. Invite your board members — treasurer, secretary, coaches — to share the workload.

Send an invitation

  1. Go to Settings (sidebar, "Club Admin" section) then Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter the person's email address and choose their role:
    • Staff — access to daily operations: contacts, teams, sessions, attendance, qualifications
    • Club Admin — everything Staff can do, plus payments, settings, newsletters and sponsorships
  4. The person receives an invitation email with a link to join your club
Important: Pending invitations count against your seat quota. If you have 3 seats (Free plan) with 2 active users + 1 pending invitation, you cannot send a fourth until the invitation is accepted or cancelled.

FAQ

How many people can I invite?
The total number of users (active + pending invitations) is limited by your plan: Free: 3 seats. Paak One: 5 seats (+3 EUR/extra seat). Paak Pro: 10 seats (+5 EUR/extra seat).
Can I change someone's role later?
Yes, from the Settings → Team page. Only restriction: at least one Club Admin must always remain — Paak prevents removing the last admin to avoid orphaned clubs.
The invitation expired, what do I do?
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend one from the "Pending Invitations" section of the Team page.
