In France, sports clubs must verify that coaches and volunteers working with minors have a clean criminal record (honorabilite). Paak helps you track these checks and stay compliant.

Track a background check

  1. Open the contact's profile (coach, volunteer or any adult working with minors)
  2. Go to the Qualifications tab
  3. Add a Background Check qualification with the verification date and status
  4. Paak stores the record and displays the check status on the contact's profile
Paak One and Pro: Enable automated honorabilite emails to automatically request background checks from contacts who need one. Paak also sends expiry reminders before qualifications lapse.

FAQ

Is this feature available on the Free plan?
You can manually log background checks on all plans. Automated emails and expiry reminders require Paak One or higher.
Does Paak perform the background check itself?
No. Paak is a tracking tool. The actual verification is done through the French government's portal (FIJAISV). Paak helps you record and monitor the results.
How often should checks be renewed?
French regulations require renewal every 3 years for anyone in regular contact with minors. Paak can remind you before the expiry date.
