Keep your members informed with newsletters sent directly from Paak. You can target all members or filter by team.
Step by step
- In the sidebar, click Newsletters
- Click "Create" to start a new newsletter
- Choose your audience: all members or filter by specific team
- Write your subject line and message body
- Preview your newsletter, then click "Send"

- Which plan includes newsletters?
- Paak One includes basic newsletters (plain text, all/team filter, up to 300 emails/month). Paak Pro adds a rich text editor, analytics, scheduling and up to 5,000 emails/month.
- Can I customise the email branding?
- On paid plans with custom email branding enabled, newsletters use your club's colours. On the Free plan, emails use Paak's default navy/gold branding.
- Who receives the newsletter?
- Only contacts who have an email address on file. Contacts without email are automatically excluded.
