Match Convocations

Convocations let you notify selected players about upcoming matches with all the essential details: date, time, location and meeting point.

Step by step

  1. In the sidebar, click Sessions and select the match session
  2. From the session detail page, select the players to convoke from the team roster
  3. Add match details: location, meeting time, opponent, any special instructions
  4. Click "Send Convocation" — selected players receive an email with all the match information

FAQ

Can parents receive the convocation too?
Yes. If a player has a linked parent contact with an email address, the convocation is sent to both the player and the parent.
Can players confirm their attendance?
Yes. The convocation email includes a link for the player to confirm or decline. Their response appears in the session's attendance view.
Is this feature available on all plans?
Convocations are available on all plans. The email is sent via Brevo, using your club's branding on paid plans.
