Add Members

In Paak, your members are managed under the Contacts section. Each contact can have a profile, memberships, qualifications and belong to one or more teams.

Add a member manually

  1. In the sidebar, click Contacts
  2. Click the "+ New Member" button at the top of the list
  3. Enter at least the first name and last name. Email and phone are optional but recommended for convocations
  4. Choose the contact type: Athlete, Coach, Parent, Volunteer or Other
  5. The member is immediately visible in your contacts list

If you already have a list in a spreadsheet, importing is faster: see the Import data guide.

FAQ

Does the member receive an email automatically?
No. Adding a contact does not trigger an email. To invite someone to access Paak as a user (staff or admin), go to Settings → Team → Invite Member.
How many members can I add?
100 on Free, 500 on Paak One, unlimited on Paak Pro. These limits apply to contacts affiliated with your club.
What is the difference between a Contact and a User?
A contact is a club member (athlete, parent, volunteer). A user is someone who logs into Paak to manage the club (staff or admin). A user is always linked to a contact, but the reverse is not true.
